Very pleasant staff

This is an old property and not updated but very clean, neat, and seemed to be well-run. Was an excellent value within that setting. Front Desk staff helpful about area restaurants, etc. I would stay again, which is pretty unusual in this price category. Thx

We had a plesant stay, sleeping in good beds and with pillows better than average. Checking in and out was an ease. We didn’t have any other interaction with the staff as there isn’t breakfast at this hotel. The room was not cleaned during your stay according to signage (unless you stay longer than a week) and our bed cover and sheets had a couple of old (but washed?) stains. Otherwise the room appeared clean. The hot water supply and shower head in the bathroom worked fine. Though the premises is supposed to be 100% smoke free, our neighbour smoked outside his door morning and evening while talking on his phone. We could easily pick up the conversation and smell the smoke in our room. We did not report it in fear of retaliation. Otherwise fine value for the money. We wouldn’t mind coming back.

You get what you pay for. When I entered my room the desk chair looked like it had been through a war and smelled like piss. LONG overdue to be replaced. The front desk clerk switched chairs from adjacent room, which was OK and appreciated, but how on earth can a chair in this condition be left in a room. AC barely functional, some bugs on walls. Room smelled stuffy and used. Lampshade at the desk is stained and torn. Some dirt in corners. This place needs an upgrade in their maintenance and cleaning.
