Perfect Stay!
Convenient, comfortable - exactly as advertised. Very walkable to area restaurants & grocery store. Checkout BONUS - got to see a baby black bear enjoying the fruit off some trees right in front of our unit! Perfect send off to an amazing stay!

Spacious, comfortable apartments!
Great stay in a lovely apartment. Plenty of space for everyone and very comfortable beds. The parking garage provided plenty of space and good security for our rental car too.

Nothing unique, Concerns ,questions before check in are never answered promptly, Only 1 parking assigned for a 2 bedroom suite,very inconvenent

The unit was a nice size, although a bit older and needing some updates. After talking with the customer service person, we did not have to pay the parking fee, which is mandatory in many of the Whistler locations, since there is ample free parking available in the Creekside Whistler location. They also provided a thorough cleaning between our 2 week stay free of charge. The cleaning staff were amazing and didn't compromise their cleaning standards even though our son's family came early. They just worked around them, being very obliging and no complaints.

Check in instructions are outdated & incorrect. We ran around for hours. Parking is away from site. Not ADA friendly. Furniture on last legs. Blinds broken. Sink backed up. No handrails in shower. Whistler itself is magnificent but we came off season and missed out on nearly all activities. Many places closed. Site is away from main village 2 miles away. RCI needs to do a better job evaluating these properties. We also spend a lot on maintenance fees to come on vacation & have to take out our own garbage and dump it a block away. I’m surprised they don’t instruct you to vacuum & ***** the beds but that’s probably coming….

The unit is clean. It is close to the skiing area and shopping malls. Most of everything can be reached by walking and no car is needed. It has enough utensils for the kitchen. However, there were kids running in the hallway and quite noisy.

We booked this resort through RCI.The location of the resort was excellent being very close to the Creekside gondola. The unit had everything you needed, the kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. The only negative was that the water pressure was quite low while taking a shower.
