The aspens is a good hotel to stay at of you are looking for ski holiday. My family went to the aspens and had a great time. The staff are very nice, you get a good view, and there is much to do in the area. It is ski in/ski out place which was good for me as we hired skis and would ski down to the lift to start our day, which at the end of we could just give our skis back to the staff and they would store them. It is very close to the whistler village only about a 5-minute walk which is very scenic going through trees and over a nice bridge. The rooms are neat and have comfortable beds in.

Hotel staff is mean-spirited. When I asked if anyone had turned in sunglasses, the front desk staff just said, "No." I came back and asked if there was a lost and found and she then opened a drawer full of sunglasses. She seemed put out that I had asked her. Why didn't she offer the lost and found before? The day before, the same woman chased me down at the elevator and told me that I had to take the stairs to carry my snowboard to the parking garage. What? Just totally rude.

Good value
Overall the property works well, location for ski in/ out is excellent. The actual unit is a bit loud on the ground floor in a main hall way. Could hear people walking past in ski boots early morning onward. Otherwise, comfortable and clean.

We love this spot and have stayed at Aspen 3 times. The parking is a bit pricey, but reception and valet staff are great!

Nice ground floor unit. Vaasa made sure all was good on check in. We love staying at the aspens. Ski In and Ski Out.
