My experience at this four-star hotel was quite disappointing. The lobby washroom was very dirty, and there seemed to be miscommunication between the bell service and the front desk. Additionally, the room was very outdated. When we arrived, the refrigerator was not cold, and the lamp was broken. The bathtub drain was clogged, causing water to not drain properly.
We were placed in a room close to the pool, despite my request for a quieter room since we have an infant with us. It was clear that my request was ignored. I will not be staying here again.

Unbeatable location, in the heart of Whistler Village. The rooms are very spacious, the breakfast buffet is plentiful, and the staff is incredibly attentive.

The room facilities are very good, but the service attitude of a certain front desk staff is very, very bad 👎. Although it cannot be generalized, it is indeed the first time in so many years that I have encountered such a bad 👎 experience. I will not choose this place again next snow season.
