The hotel environment is good 👍 is directly proportional to the price, but it is very difficult to find Wi-Fi at the front desk. It is recommended to say hello once when you check in. The hotel charges for parking

Hotel: This is a decent full service Marriott. It is a short drive to just about anything in the area. The restaurant in the hotel is has good food, highly recommend it. There is coffee in the lobby, which was very nice. The hotel can get overran when they have a conference going on. They do close the M Lounge on the weekends, which turned out to be a big disappointment. I went down for breakfast one morning and had to wait for 20 minutes to be allowed in. I am not sure why they don't open the M Lounge, at least for breakfast to help manage the volume. Or they could also use the seating of the attached restaurant. Breakfast, after I got in, was marginal at best. It is a self serve Buffett. The food really wasn't that great. However, they want to treat it like a full service restaurant. So you spend a lot of time waiting for your coffee and then your check (very expensive if it isn't included). The "service" for the self serve Buffett was actually bad. All in all, I will stay here again, but I will do anything else for breakfast. Check-In: Check-in was quick and efficient. Staff were pleasant. Room: The rooms were big, clean, and well taken care of. They did have the hard floors, which I really like. I feel like the hard floors actually get cleaned and sanitized unlike carpet (there is no way carpet is getting sanitized routinely). The room had a good TV in it. However, the wifi was terrible. I just gave up on the wifi and went to my hot spot. House keeping also didn't replace the empty conditioner bottle before check-in. I really like the larger bottles, however, it is unacceptable for them to be empty. The room itself is poorly lit. My stay was a dark overcast each day, and the room stayed very dim, even with all lights on and the window open. Sleep: The bed in the room i incredible! I had no exterior noise, and the room did get dark and stay dark for sleeping. I had a great nights sleep. -flyou

Had to stay overnight with my son for his hockey tournament. When we checked in, they put us on the 3rd floor by the elevator with an opening overlooking lobby. We came back in the evening with one desire to crash and sleep. Wake up call was at 5am for the next day of hockey. Hotel was extremely busy. Lobby was full. Only at night when I called the front desk to complain about noise, they told me there were 3 weddings going on. No one said a work when we were checking in. Hotel staff was extremely dismissive, disrespectful snd rude. They knew about the venue and put us in the worst room possible! Had I known, I’d switched the hotels. They just told me the wedding was going till 2am and there is nothing they can do. This was not a private venue, so I’d think the hotel should obey the noise ordinance that is between 10pm and 7am. They clearly were in the violation of noise ordinance policies! The extreme noise from the lobby, outside and the hall was intensifying deeper into the night. There were hundreds of people there. Once again front desk just asked “don’t you know it’s popular Indian wedding venue?!” No, I had no clue, not from the area. And 2 questions: - why did hotel still take reservations for those outside the wedding party? - why didn’t the Management reserve a few rooms further away from the lobby for the guests like us? The only obvious answers are: - absolute negligence - complete stupidity and lack of common sense. We ended up having 2 hours of sleep. The screaming and partying didn’t stop till 3 am. Had to call the police and file a report. Have recordings of mayhem at 2am. Next step is connecting with Marriott Corporate, then… we shall see. Very upsetting! Terrible stay, sleepless night and horrible customer service! My son was moving in slow motion next day. Worst hockey I’ve seen from him. I had to drive 4 hours next day. Barely made it home! Exhausted! The worst hotel experience i ever had by far!

Stayed for 5 nights during a family wedding No robes Limited room service hours Unfriendly house keeping staff, loud and non english speaking. Not informed of cleaning options: refresh versus detailed cleaning No swimming pool limited exercise options in an industrial non-residenial location Maintenance: room had phone without any wire, conditioner bottle was empty and unattached to shower wall No bellman service.

Nice enough place, but the room had a lot of maintenance issues. The sink stopper was so low that the water didn’t drain, the fridge didn’t work, the handset on the phone died after one call, no TV remote, the AC didn’t respond to increases in temp. Someone eventually fixed everything. My husband asked for an extra comforter 5 times until we finally, hours after his first request, got one. There is one non-adjustable desk chair in a room with two beds. No easy chair. No second chair of any kind. No microwave, There is an ironing board, iron, hair dryer and safe. There is a full length mirror as well as the one in the bathroom. The bathroom light is not connected to a fan, so is quiet at night. The sliding door to the bathroom is a nice touch as you can just leave it open a crack with the light on to easily find the bathroom at night. The staff is very nice although some do not understand English. The gym is well appointed but there is no pool.

Management is very arrogant, impolite, and bitter! They care about (money) more than they care about the guest(s)! The housekeepers are lazy. We were given an unsanitary room with dirty floors, wash clothes, and bedsheets. The Supervisor at the Front Desk name Tara needs to be fired, she is very hostile, with an abrupt presence, she is unfriendly, and do not like the customers. It is recommended for Corporate to conduct several pop up visits to evaluate how the hotel is being operated overall. The Hanover Marriott Hotel would be such a better welcoming environment if management including but not limited to unfriendly front desk staff and lazy housekeepers was replaced. This is not a welcoming kid friendly environment, if you are seeking a hotel to stay at, look at the reviews first, and avoid this location!!!

Went to Marriott for a local fireman breakfast. The usual ratting area was under construction, so we ate in another ballroom area.. It was fine. We than went swimming at the pool. There are a ton of towels. The treadmills are super smart with all kind of bells and screens.. Nice hotel close to all major highways. 80 10 and 287. Only 30 minutes to Lincoln tunnel. Nice place. With a nice Irish bar too

I usually go for 2 star hotels because they are decent quality for a good price. I got a deal on Priceline's name your own price for this hotel that couldn't be beat. We were looking for a place to stay for an anniversary trip into NYC and the little extra distance was well worth it to stay in this beautiful hotel. Check in and check outs were seamless. Pool is open until 11 pm. Rooms have individual digital thermostats that worked great. Disappointing that the hotel doesn't come with free wifi or a continental breakfast, and there is no vent/fan in the bathroom, but overall great quality. This hotel looks brand new from the inside.

Overall my experience here was pretty poor and hope that my company will consider other options in future. If it's my choice I will not return. After a long overseas flight I arrived in the evening and was looking forward to showering and going to bed. I was disappointed to find there was no robe or slippers in the room so I called down to request some. I was told they were on there way after calling multiple times to follow up. Finally, 60 minutes later a robe, no slippers, arrived at my room. The robe was basically in a ball and had a giant rip in it. Not a good start for a tired business traveler! I found the staff at the front desk and the breakfast restaurant very unfriendly/not helpful. When I asked for a latte they looked at me like I was an alien. And after prearranging a ride at front desk the night before for an important early work meeting, it never showed. Fortunately I ran into someone else in the lobby heading to my company. All and all a very poor stay and not worth the money!
