Easy online booking. Front desk staff was friendly and attentive. Room itself is on the smaller side and hotel is worn down, but clean and comfortable. Free wifi did not work well but there was a pay option that I didn't try. When I asked at the front desk about the wifi, they are aware the wifi is poor so no apparent desire to address the problem. Was given the option of paying for wifi or using wifi from Denny's which is on the same lot. Onsite parking with easy access to main highway for getting around. Gas across the street and a few restaurant options within walking distance.

I arrived 3:30 on a Friday afternoon and there was a line of people waiting to check in. The staff at the front desk - Lilyth and Ray H - were totally professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. I was truly impressed by the way they handled some difficult situations (and some difficult people). They deserve great recognition and appreciation for their excellent customer service. Shortly after I got settled in my room, they even called me to check how everything was, and they helped me get connected to the wifi. The room was cozy, clean and comfy, and I will definitely stay here again on future trips to the Denver area. Thank you!

This was a last minute choice at a hotel chain we don't usually use. Sayin that the rooms were clean and well maintained, the bed and pillows were comfortable and it appeared that they had done recent maintenance on the room. Now for the problems most which were not of their creation. the room was a little small and I would not recommend it for a person who is claustrophobic. I was also disappointed that it did not have a fridge or microwave. All in all it was a good, quiet, clean room.

For a place with such mixed reviews, I was nervous... but most other places around Denver with similar ratings cost twice as much. So I came just at check-in time, hoping to switch rooms if mine was terrible. Luckily, it was fine! The man who checked me in was friendly and helpful. There was one exception that the motel would obviously know about... and hadn't fixed. The air conditioner barely cooled the room, sounded like a big diesel truck engine, and turned itself off after being on for an hour or so. Luckily, I live in the desert and I'm used to warm rooms in the summer!

I booked a room for my friend and me as I was having surgery that week and would be staying for a week. I really wish I had gone somewhere else and listed to these 1-star reviews. Upon arrival, the AC (kinda) worked, TV worked, minifridge worked, and lights worked. That was it. The sink had fruit flies coming out of it, and the shower would not become warm even on full heat on many occasions. The person at the front when we arrived said he would call the room after 10 minutes to make sure everything was OK, but he never did. That should've been the first red flag. My friend briefly wiped (not scrubbed) down part of the floor the day we arrived, and the cloth was black. The tub had random blue paint spots that looked like they were never addressed. The sheets and towels were clean, but nothing else. Housekeeping came on the 8th day with a towel, and we were leaving on the 9th. All the other days, we went and asked for new towels ourselves. Our toilet kept clogging, and the front desk made us plunge our own toilet. No shampoo or conditioner was provided, so I'm glad I brought my own. There was a cart outside with supplies on it like toilet paper, and there was someone who looked like they were supposed to be the ones to give the toilet paper or garbage bags several days, but they never did. We had to take them off the cart and do it ourselves. I asked for an accessible room as I would be having surgery. On the phone, they supposedly put it in a note. I got a room on the ground floor, but nothing else. There was no bar for the shower, nor was it a walk-in tub. My dad, who stayed in the next room over, had the shower temperature problem even more frequently, and his AC didn't work. Keep in mind that this is in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, in the middle of July. I needed essentially a room with 2 beds and a shower for a week for cheap. I have never had such a low standard be barely met. I would say that I guess you get what you pay, but I have had better than this everywhere else. I'm never doing a Motel 6 again. Spend the extra $10 at another place.

After my first experience checking in after 12am I hoped Christopher would be the one checking us in again. So on March 24th I’m back at motel 6 wheat ridge. With a few guests at the front desk checking in he made sure to acknowledge me the minute I walked in. I felt welcome once again and happy to see pleasant great worker (NA/FD agent) putting to work true hospitality. I was happy because I knew he would make this another great check in experience. I usually stay one night when in town sometimes two. The check in experience is always the best. I travel a bit more now for work and for one this location does the job and Christopher tops it off with his true hospitality. March 7th there was nothing available so I got a room at the American Motel down the street and I would rather sleep in my car or pay 3x to stay elsewhere. The FD clerk was incredibly rude, you must have $1 for the key or you can’t check in, the room was so filthy. A lot of these motels should spend some time with Christopher and learn from him.
