This property has a really good security detail and the front desk staff are usually pretty nice depending on who's working.

It was an Ok stay, my friends and I tried to see the funny side - You Get What You Pay For! It was a pretty mixed bag, while there were a few positives the negatives significantly overshadowed them. On the positive side, I was relieved to find hot water available (other reviews said the showers were cold). The beds were relatively comfortable and the room was also quiet. Additionally, the receptionist was nice and helpful during check-in, and when asking for more toilet paper and towels. However, the downsides were considerable. Upon entering the room, I was hit with a strong smell of smoke, which was very unpleasant. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough to provide real comfort, and was just blowing around the smokey smell. We also found dirty hairs under the sheets on the bed. Even worse, there were dead cockroaches and other bugs under the furniture. Beyond the room itself, the atmosphere around the property was concerning and we felt relatively unsafe. There was a man sitting on the stairs outside our room smoking and drinking from morning until night, which was uncomfortable as he knew when we were there and when we weren't. I also witnessed what could only be described as a drug addict in the reception area when we checked in and strange men hanging about in the car park. The most disturbing incident was seeing a family kicked out of their room and sleeping on the floor in the car park with all their belongings. Overall, while it might be okay for a very short stay if you're truly just looking for a bed, I would not recommend staying here alone, especially as a female. This is definitely a case of you get what you pay for!

The front desk guy Denarius was extremely professional and courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate me and my girlfriend, that man deserves a promotion and a raise and thanks to him we had a great room that night, thank you Demarius.
