Stayed with friends which was an absolute delight. Greeted upon arrival with a friendly and very helpful gate controller. Terrific caravan and lots to do on the site with bars and restaurants. A short bus ride into Weymouth and excellent taxi service back to the site in the evening. The cream on the cake came when I later realised I'd left a half-decent pair of shoes behind. A quick email identified the shoes as found property and with suitable I.D. for them, I was advised the best way for them to be sent back to me. I have just received them - very professionally packaged for which I am truly grateful. All service should be such as this. Well done to all!

Great place to stay relax have fun a Lovley holiday park with lots to do and places to relax and eat. Great fish chip shop as well. Near by you have the beach coastline walks. Lots to see and do. We go back every year. It’s one my all time favourite destinations

Excellent holiday park. Mother is severely disabled and the caravans were perfect for her needs. Lovely area and situated park. Friendly staff and amazing holiday. This is our 7th visit and already booked for next year. 😀

Wow what an amazing week we have just had! gutted travelling home writing this. From arriving we were welcomed with the lovely security. Check in was quick & efficient with the girls on reception who also made us feel very welcome. Our accommodation was absolutely spotless we stayed in a Greenhill caravan and it was lovely lots of storage space and lucky enough to have a washing machine! The park is amazing plenty of choice for food & drink and a handy spar shop on site for any essentials. All the facilities this park has to offer is suitable for all ages it has something for everyone. Had a bus which comes into the park and goes into Weymouth it takes around 10mins so not long at all. They are every hour coming back so keep that in mind. All the staff around the park make you feel so welcome always smiling and always ask how you are which I found lovely as that really goes a long way. We ate in most restaurants and take aways and all were brilliant hard to pick a favourite. We will certainly miss having a walk along the beach front listening to the waves but we have booked again for Oct so not long till we’re back again. Thanks Waterside we have had a lovely holiday. See you soon Jen

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Bowleaze. We stayed in one of the older caravans 2023 but everything was amazing!! First impressions right from the gate we were greeted by the most friendly man at the entrance who directed us where to park. The check-in was smooth and swift. Upon entering the caravan we were pleasantly surprised at the high level of cleanliness, we’ve stayed in places that were clean but this made us actually say wow!!! Every staff member we interacted with was so helpful and friendly, even giving us tips as we travelled with our toddler. The soft play was amazing our little one had lots of fun there. We ate at The sports bar twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. Both times were very pleasant- the crispy chicken wings were AMAZING Also visited the waterside takeaway for fish and chips - very very nice. Bowleaze Cove is in a great location, perfect spot to visit all the tourists attractions and to go into town. Cannot wait to visit again

Myself and family have just spent a week at bowleaze in a 3 bedroom caravan in Redcliffe 20 . Caravan and park was lovely but the bed was to firm for my liking that I was waking up in pain and couldn’t wait to go home due to this . We did have a holiday booked to come back next year but it worries me to much to spend good money to be uncomfortable for the whole break so we have taken the decision to not come back to bowleaze again During our stay the staff were all lovely and facilities were good . We did buy a wrist band for 3 hours at Southside funfair but it really isn’t worth the money at the moment the poor staff are very understaffed and over worked bless them and we got on hardly an rides to it being so badly understaffed .

the caravan was just ok bed to small for a tall person not at all comfy not what we thought being disabled went there for 3 nights stayed 1 and came home would not reccomend for disibility would never go for a caravan break again keep to hotels in the future so disappointed as it was my 74 birthday on 11 july the day we went

Exceedingly disappointed on my friends' behalf. What was supposed to be a special surprise of a treat to a "luxury break, away, turned out to be anything but what I would describe as LUXURY! Was delighted that I would be accomodated with an en suite facility for my personal use. This was not the only dissappoiintment. I also volunteered to supply dish washer tablets, because apparently this was confirmed at time of booking would be available to us. However - neither proved to be available. We were however - furnished with a washing machine which was neither needed nor used during our stay. All in all - quite frankly I do not and will not - recommend Bowleaze as a 5* experience.

Total misrepresentation of what we were led to believe at time of booking. We are three elderly ladies consisting of two sisters, taking a special friend who is recovering from a serious illness with the view of treating her to a luxury break. Therefore at the time of booking we were informed that we would have a three bedroom en suite caravan and a dishwasher which would give us the perfect break. Unfortunately we were grossly misinformed because when we arrived at the accommodation there were neither an en suite facility or the expected dishwasher. Personally as this booking was made in My Name - imagine the embarrassment to find one small shower room and what could be described as a “child’s toilet “ that was to serve all three of us for the duration of our stay, this entire experience has been so unsatisfactory that I would not be inclined to visit this particular site again. So disappointed that it let me down as well as me feeling I have let my friend down.
