Beautiful Hotel, bedrooms spotless, great food,as I was staying for a wedding did not get opportunity to use facilities as my husband not feeling the best. Would definitely like to visit again for some downtime.

Impressive entrance, nice driveway, disappointing facade. Improved looks inside. Outside areas could be much more attractive with some flowers/shrubs around entrance and seating area. Very efficient, informative, reception staff took full payment at check in. Nice short wooded walkway to local beach. Average size twin room, hospitality tray, iron, fan, nice towels, dressing gowns and slippers supplied. No hair conditioner with Rituals toiletries. Bathroom water pressure very high. Both cold taps leaking at base when in use. Water splashed out over edge of toilet bowl on flushing! When pressed the Bottle of shower gel on wall in shower fell off and caught my hand, broke my nail and fell on my foot! Sounds funny but was quite sore. I did report at reception who said they would report to housekeeping. Sadly no air conditioning and we melted for the night! Even with the fan on the heat in the room was stifling. Lots of other guests also commenting on heat. Breakfast was good, local sausage and bacon. The chap serving at the buffet couldn't ask kitchen for poached egg, as it had to be ordered from waiting staff? Plenty of staff but none available to order from. It was quite early so dining room not busy. Thermal suite and pool area very dark. Small facility, designated timed slots. Had Swedish massage, very nice, not sure if it was an hour long as there was a bit of a wait and no clocks anywhere in spa area! Don't bother paying the extra €20 for the moisturing hand and foot mitts.

I visited Seafield with my daughter It is our favourite hotel. The Oceo Spa is really fantastic The staff at reception are very welcoming and indeed all the staff are very professional. We ate in the bar and the menue has changed for the better it was very enjoyable All in all we are never disappointed with this hotel break

We stayed for 3 nights in2 of the Courtyard Apartments with family. The apartments were very comfortable and spacious although the kitchen equipment was very basic and having no oven was a bit of a problem. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the Green Room on one night and also had some takeaway food from the Village Bar and Grill on one evening which was very good. My daughter and I enjoyed a treatment in the Spa. I think it's a little unfair to charge €20 to use the spa facilities as there is no charge if staying in the hotel and the apartments are quite expensive. We enjoyed the lovely beach which is accessed by a pleasant walk from the hotel grounds and had a few swims there.I think it would be good to provide some recycling facilities for the apartments as we are all so used to doing this at home.Overall we had a most enjoyable stay at Seafield.

The hotel is in a beautiful location with a private beach and a fabulous spa. I had lunch and breakfast at the hotel and the food was really good. I do think the rooms are a little outdated, the TV didn't work great and a couple of biscuits would have been nice with a cup of tea for the room.

Booked a one night stay including dinner in the green room and breakfast. Food was very good, staff very professional and friendly. Only one lift in the hotel. Bedrooms are very dated which overlooked the playground and a flat roof with alot of cigarette butts, windows were dirty in the room, cobwebs in the bedrooms, funiture was worn. Water was cold in the shower in the bedroom. The spa was nice but was very crowded. The hotel interior is very dark in reception, the main door of the hotel felt like a side door of the hotel. I did enjoy the walk to the private access to the beach. I had heard alot about this hotel but sadly I would not recommend based on this experience.

Very friendly and efficient staff. The hotel was very well run with a good working atmosphere among the staff. We would stay there again. The one downside was that the bar food was very overpriced. €24 for a burger and chips and the burger was nothing special. Likewise €24 for the butter chicken/mild curry chicken dish.
