Dropped in here for lunch yesterday after exiting the Dublin train. Rjeur vegan menu us excellent, 4 starters, mains, desserts and loads of sides. We just ordered starters and sides and they were absolutely magnificent, abundant and beautifully presented. We had mushrioms, plant or chikn and boiled potatoes and side salad. All the dishes came with beautiful salad and garnished with vegan garlic mayo and sriracha. The staff were so helpful and efficient and the food and ambience was stunning. Very impressed

Had a beautiful meal both my wife and myself + my son and his partner and 3 kids, our meals came to €120 + a tip the staff were very nice and friendly, "but a little downfall " as my wife and myself were staying in liffeybank caravan pk just down the road from the hotel for a few days, we realised we needed milk, so I enquired at the bar counter in the Riverbank hotel would it be possible to purchase a pint of milk, the senior lady said yes that would be ok, she returned out of the kitchen with a 3 quarters of 2 litre of milk partly open and charged me €6 "😱" But I paid for the milk because we needed it, but in saying that, if we ever go down to wexford Town again we will still go into the Riverbank hotel, because the food is lovely, staff are polite and friendly "and after our meals we'll order "2 tea's 🍵 ☕ 🫖" "sugar "but no milk"🤚" Tom and irene ORiordan Happy Campers (The cream of the crop)

Appauling food....cold...bland ...totally over priced...AVOID AT ALL COSTS....so many other lovely establishments in Wexford....this place is not one of them!!Please go further into town...cleanliness of floors and tables awful....unless you like sticking to your table when you place your hand on it....dreadful!!!!

We loved our stay here! What made it extra special was the staff---they went above and beyond on everything. Very eager to please. Having a good quality restaurant on the premises made it easy to eat dinner and breakfast there and do the surrounding site seeing during the day. Beautiful walk across the bridge into town.

Awful, we had a set menu, and €33 per person for a starter and main course, they charged €13 for a bowl of of soup, the mains , beef brisket was dry, the burgers were dry, and some were bland. Whilst the staff were lovely, a bit slow and the portions were not mean, the food itself left a lot to be desired, we will not be going back

Stayed there last night. We had great bar food and drinks all evening, very reasonably priced and we were served by a lovely young lady. The bar food was really good. Our room was really clean with a very comfortable mattress and great bed linen, shower was very good pressure, and a nespresso machine in the room. We decided to have breakfast, and some friends joined us for an amazing breakfast at a great price. The accommodation was really nice and the price was very good value. All staff were so nice. Highly recommended. Thank you

I travel to Wexford a good bit for a night away by myself. This is the first time I’ve stayed in the Riverbank House. Although it was a large room it was very tired and dated. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows had no structure (see pic) I had forgotten to bring water with me and was surprised to find there was none provided in the room. Instead I was handed a bottle upon checkout which is rather bizarre. I was also afraid I was going to get injured using the toilet as it wasn’t secure to the floor and very wobbly. The view looked onto the bins (room 105) which were used regularly by the staff so a lot of banging beside the window. It was disappointing and due to this experience I couldn’t recommend it.

Traditional Irish hotel with personality. clean and comfortable with great friendly staff. Yes, the room we were in was a little old fashioned decor wise but that's part of the charm. Bed was huge. Shower was fantastic. Would recommend

Food was very tasty and staff were amazing but sadly that’s where the the good ended. Our room was musty and out dated the bathroom was tiny tiles on wall in shower where grubby and toilet was coming off the floor. Carpets were filthy. Room was horrendous for the price we paid. I would not stay here again but would go back to eat. The staff are a credit to this establishment.
