The Bentley Westville

The Bentley is a good place to stay in Durban for 2-4 days. The Bungalows a comfortable, modern and very clean. 2 rooms and a separate bathroom. There is a nice pool in the garden and the staff is very friendly.

My husband and I had a lovely stay. We appreciated the excellent service we received from before we arrived at the Bentley until we checked out. We found the staff to be polite and professional in dealing with us. The room was comfortable, clean and the necessary conveniences we sought were available. It's location is within close proximity to all the necessary amenities. The only thing I would request is a full length mirror in the room. Thanks again

We were so happy with our stay at The Bentley in Westville. Our room was so nice and roomy. Outdoors, there was a charming, secluded garden with a table and two chairs. A delicious breakfast, of our choice, was brought to us each morning by two lovely ladies. Filtered water, milk, and tea and coffee supplies were always available. I am a big tea-with-milk drinker so I really appreciated that! All the staff we encountered were so wonderful. We felt comfortable and safe. The owner who greeted us when we arrived, gave us great restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend this accommodation and would love to come back for a visit. It is a great location. Just down the street, we ate twice at one restaurant, and once at the one next door. The Catholic Church was a three minute drive away so that was handy on Sunday.

My stay at The Bentley in Westville was a wonderful experience. The property is gorgeous, tranquil, and secure, The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The decor tastefully represents South Africa and the colors are soothing. Every evening I would return to a perfectly clean room and never once felt insecure about leaving anything out. The staff ironed my shirts for free, and for a negligible additional fee, they even took care of my laundry. Next time I will pack lighter knowing that this service is available. The staff is professional, courteous, and so considerate. At times I felt as though I had a personal assistant who was attentive to my every need. I can’t say enough good about Demi who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. She is a superstar at what she does and really made me feel special. On the weekend, Rebecca continued this high level of customer care and showed that this is standard practice at The Bentley. These two wonderful people and the rest of the staff represented The Bentley extremely well, and I hope the management and ownership realize what awesome people they are, and what a difference that makes for a memorable stay. I found a new favorite place to stay in the Durban/Westville area and to quote Arnold Schwarzenegger in “The Terminator”, “I’ll be back!”. I can’t wait to return to The Bentley, Westville!

The Bentley is immaculate and we had a wonderful experience. The staff is amazing and the food is excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone. Rooms are clean and staff are extremely attentive and helpful. The breakfast were delicious and the portions were very generous.

I have stayed in the Bentley for three times, the place. Though this time were some complications. Breakfast is done to perfection and the rooms are well cleaned. Nice place to have some peace and quiet time. The place is close to westville mall and even the big Pavilion.
