Lovely hostel. Clean and tidy rooms, well maintained. Great kitchen facilities and ammenities. Kitchen well stocked with all the necessities. Plenty to do around town with local pubs, shops and other activities such as brewery and cinema within walking distance. Had great fun surfing. Friendly staff around able to help with queries related to surfing and other activities in the area. Bonfire nights on the beach and pizza nights added to the experience. Had a great time! First class Motel, highly recommend for friendly helpful service. An outstanding feature for us was the heated bathroom and heated towel rail. We had a problem with our car and Marilyn kindly took us to the airport to enable us to get home.

The house is very good and our whole family likes it. It is very clean, the bathroom is large, the living room is large enough to put three suitcases, there is a kitchen for cooking, and the environment is also good and I like it very much.

I arrived on my motorbike, and was able to park it securely on-site, rather than outside on the road-side or at the rear in the back carpark. I have stayed here 4 other times, and this time it was obvious the improvements that have been made. The private rooms have had changes made which now include a little deck as well as self-contained shower and toilet. The kitchen is clean and tidy & recycling bins are available for guests use. The dorm I stayed in was clean and comfortable with adequate power outlets for everyone to recharge electronic devices etc. The bed was also very comfortable, and the shared bathroom facilites were close by. The gardens look amazing, and it is only a short stroll to the supermarket and township (under 10 minutes) The lady owner was very helpful and chatty. Towels are available fr a small charge ($2.00 as at Feb 2025) which are thick, thirsty and soft. Happily recommend to other travellers. I will definitely be back 🙂

If you're heading to Westport, then you should definitely stay at the Westport Spa Motel. I was arriving late from my journey and they could not have been more accommodating (no pun intended). The room was immaculate and had everything you needed. Quiet and easy to find. You won't be disappointed with your stay.

Highly recommend Buller Bridge Motel. It was at the entrance to the town so super handy, lovely quiet and peaceful surrounds. Our room was clean, tidy, fully equipt with everything we needed. Modern decor and nice and warm with panel heaters in the bedrooms which was in addition to the main heating. Comfy beds and quality fittings. Easy parking right at the door. Kids loved having a playground onsite and I loved having access to the coin operated laundry located swag from the units at any time of the day or night. Friendly hosts and good value.

We stayed in the disability wheelchair accessible room. Check in was easy and very friendly. The grab bar for the toilet is on the left. The grab bar for the roll in hand held shower is on the front wall along with the shower controls. The motel supplied a shower stool but we brought our own. There is also a niche on the left side of the shower for toiletries. The motel was clean and pleasant with enough room. We did not use the small fenced in patio area. We had enough room for our suitcases, The motel is located on the southern edge of town but it is an easy walk downtown if you are inclined. We would definitely stay there again should our travels bring us to Westport
