Never saw Indu after original check in, when she just gave us our key. Room wasn’t quite ready, so to come back later. Bathroom had a dirty shower curtain & it smelled of drains. Shower gel only which was cheap & nasty. Bedding clean & room ok on ground floor. We were asked for cash !! On the day of leaving, we left key on reception desk as there was no one about! Not to be repeated.

Lovely weekend stay at Lewisdale Lodge. The hotel was very accommodating with our late check in and even offered us a free room upgrade. The room was lovely and clean, had its own kitchen space and a huge bed. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from the beach and a further 5 minutes to plenty of bars and restaurants. Thanks for having us!

Didn't go as they changed our booked room after we paid.we booked ground floor due to being both disabled.next day they said no ground floor left.yet they took our money..no refund as yet.what a farce.we had no holiday.!!ended up a daytime at SVR

Lovely greeting on arrival from Indu who let us check in early as we'd requested. Explained everything she needed to and showed us to our room. Room had everything a couple would need ie kettle, drinks tray etc and even a small fridge. An amazing comfortable bed too.

I booked this only a week before the August Bank Holiday. We had the last room. Considering the notice and the date, the price was very reasonable. When we arrived they had a cancellation and we were offered a free upgrade to a garden suite. Apart from opening onto a garden the large room had a separate kid's bedroom and a kitchenette. The room was very clean and the bathroom had a bath and shower. The only downside was limited onsite parking, but street parking is free, so no real issues.

Stayed here for two nights, lovely place so welcoming cosy room comfy bed, local to all amenities private car parking just out of all the noise so had a perfect night's sleep. Would highly recommend trying this lovely little place out, I will be back many thanks.

I travelled with my 81 yr old Mum. We had a lovely welcome and was helped to our room, Hen kindly insisted on carrying my Mum's suitcase and made us feel very welcome straight away. We stayed in room 7 on the first floor, a twin room. Lovely size, comfy beds, very clean, included a fridge and a fan (which was very welcome). Great shower too. A short walk to the sea front, reached the pier within 15 mins, as we strolled along the front and got our bearings. Our room overlooked a beautiful garden. Generally a really really nice hotel. Will be booking again next time we visit. Thank you for a lovely stay.

+ Good sized well appointed Family Room, comfy beds, nice big shower cubicle with good quality electric shower, very clean & tidy. Good location, off-road private parking for few cars (first come first served). - Could have done with a couple of bigger towels (bath sheets).

Lovely hotel, The lady very welcoming and really nice. Parking was a nightmare but we eventually found one. Room 8 shower very powerful & room lovely. Gutted about no food available. Very inconsiderate guests loud brash and didn’t care if others were sleeping, Not the hotels fault at all.. walls very thin. It’s a lovely place and I can see why people do go back.
