Overall a really lovely hotel. Really friendly, welcoming staff and restaurant next door was lovely for evening meal and breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean, what you’d expect from a Premier Inn. We used it as a cheaper base than the seafront hotel and got a short train tide from the nearby Weston Milton station into Weston-Super-Mare. Only downside was our key card stopped working randomly after multiple uses, and being in the outbuilding, this meant a long walk back to reception to get this reset. The heating also wasn’t working but a smart fan had been placed in the room with hot & cold function which we really liked.

Booked two rooms at this hotel for two nights from 1st March -3rd March for my wife and I and my son. On the first night my son was disturbed by another guest accessing his room with a keycard issued by the Hotel reception, this made my son very nervous and unable to sleep that night. The following morning I spoke with Reception who were aware of the situation and blamed communication between staff members and their systems and pointed us in the direction of Guest Services and to leave a review. I don’t feel this was handled very well and they didn’t seem at all concerned. The Hotel is looking tired and in need of a refurbishment, we couldn’t switch the TV off and had to wait for it to go off itself, the shower was difficult to use and on the second night the bed in our room felt damp. When we departed and checked out there was no did you enjoy your stay or any communication from the girl on the reception. Very disappointing stay I don’t think we will be back which is a shame as we have stayed at many Premier Inns in the past which have been wonderful. One positive from our stay was we had a lovely meal at the Beefeater next door, I would recommend a visit to this restaurant.

Absolutely amazing hotel! From the minute we checked in with Mike to the moment we checked out 2 days later it was brilliant. We spoke to so many staff members as well in our stay and everyone was so nice, nothing could have been better. The rooms were so clean and tidy and the beds were fresh and cosy. Got to say it's the best experience we've had. The food from the beefeater attached was also brilliant and good value for money. Great place to stay and made our weekend away even more amazing.

Great service, especially at check in when Mike and Alice helped us massively after our booking at another premier inn was cancelled, they were both patient and helpful in every way possible. They made us feel welcome, especially after a long journey. Thank you .

We often stay in Premier Inn hotels when flying, or staying one night somewhere. This one, accessed via a strange road through the leisure centre car park, was the saddest and most unloved I've experienced. Everything was worn, from the broken table and heater, to the flat pillows, corroded chrome and yellowing plastic of the toilet tissue dispenser. In the bathroom, the soap dispensers had a black ring of scum around the pump. Under the bed my husband found (with his foot) a beer bottle top and some fluff. The carpet in the corridors was stained. The duvet cover on our bed had been put on inside out, which made me laugh. Nothing terrible, all just a bit icky and not what I expect. We paid £70 for a night before our flight and it was still the cheapest thing I could find near Bristol airport, so there's that. I would say it is overpriced never-the-less. I was happy to find however, that because the windows have not been modernised and have an inner and outer frame, that I could keep my breakfast chilled on the windowsill - there's always a silver lining somewhere.

Checking in took a long time as check in system wasn't working. After a hour 30 drive it was inconvenient. We went for a drink in the bar and were hustled into feeling we needed to hurry up and leave, it was 10pm. The TV didn't work despite the night trying. Couldn't change rooms as it was fully booked. Turns out the Young Farmers were in town which led to a noise night with comings and goings. We had to be up at 6.30 as my Son had an interview. Over all very disappointed. Where do I complain formally?

The bed and pillows were exceptionally great. Best night sleep in years. Everything was clean and correct. The staff were wonderful and even surprised me by leaving a birthday treat of chocolates. My updates to meal deals were handled with no fuss. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you. We'll be back.
