Absolutely terrible stay this past weekend from Fri-Mon. First, I gave them a courtesy message that I would be checking in late on Fri day night at 1am (Sat 10/12) to a 1 bedroom. The reservation on my Bonvoy app changed from 3 days to 2 days with a 4pm check in on Sat 10/12. I pointed this out to Emerson who assured me I was all set for a 1am (Sat 10/12) checkin. I then check in at 1am (Sat 10/12) and the check in person told me my reservation was canceled for Friday night and they were sold out. After speaking with his manager, they offered an "out of order" 2 bedroom, which was an upgrade from the 1 bedroom, and then they reimbursed me for Fri night. Second, the AC did not work in the room so I pointed this out to the check in person the next day on Sat. They said maintenance would fix but that I need to open the windows. AC was never fixed. Third, I pointed out there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher that needed to be cleaned. However, I ran the dishwasher and they were still dirty as pictured. After requesting to clean the room and dirty dishes on Sun, the room and dishes were never cleaned. The TV in the main room had no service, and the bedroom TV remote had no batteries. You figured if they offered me an "out of order" room that they would have the courtesy of cleaning the room at least once during my stay. Finally, the front desk told me to report these issues to Ericka (the assistant manager) via email, which I did on Sun. I still have not received a response 3 days later. Mysteriously, my reservation with the associated messages no longer appear in my Bonvoy app. I'm at the Gold Elite level for Bonvoy but that makes no difference.
