Came up to bury my grandma from out of state and wish i didnt stay here so I would do negative stars but not available...I asked for a non smoking room due to my hubby cant b around cig smoke..got to room and food ash try and room smelled a really bad musty smell..put ac to get rid of smell and went away so we kinda dealt w it..then laid down for a bit and then got bit by a bed bug..I said screw this crap killed the damn bed bug and we left at 2am that morning..litterly as soon as we seen the bug..im not taking my chances! So went to office and told them wat happened and said I want my money back cause they promised me a smoke free room..nope no refund back or anything..they said the manage will call back wen she got in..manager called me back and gave me a bunch of crap like I brought it there..now mind u we always check the bed and around the area for any kind of bugs before we lay down..didnt see any so we tho it was fine..then got bit later on! DO NOT GO HERE..THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF U OR ANYTHING!! WE DIDNT EVEN STAY THE WHOLE TIME AND IM CURRENTLY FIGHTING TO GET MY MONEY BACK! I'm seriously considering getting a lawyer involved..

Excellent property , good service , cleaning and the couple of days I was there , I liked its tranquility and how good it has to be supermarket and shops .

Completely upset i was given the wrong key. I walked in someone's else's room while they were in bed. Never coming back. I think there were bugs. I couldn't stop itching. Slept in my car!!!!! Never again 😡😡😡

The room did not have hangars. Wastebasket was hard to find. Rooms were much nicer than the outside.

Run forest runnnnmn The place was inhabitable. When I arrived some man knocked on the door and I didn’t open the door. It needs to be updated or closed.
