Guests praise the accommodating, responsive staff and clean, modern rooms with amenities. The location is convenient for event attendees. However, some mention additional features like a basketball hoop and swimming goggles.

Very very nice accommodations..... Located very well by the ballparks but close enough to Carmel for eating and shopping! Rooms were very accommodating....great shower.....quiet a/c! Will definitely return and recommend! Bonus is a nice outside area for families!

The property is nice and clean. Close to the athletic complex and food. However, if you are actually trying to rest I would not recommend. First sign was at 10pm the entrance was packed and loud. I asked the front desk if there was a quit time enforced and they said “10 pm” then shrugged and said “hard to enforce”. The hallway outside our room was loud all night kids running. Adults loudly talking. Ventilation was louder than a clothes dryer and had leaking drips all night. We were lucky not to have an early morning but a kid was pitching outside our room in the morning calling balls and strikes. Another kid bouncing a ball off the walls of the hallway. Housekeeping came in our room 3 times with a tag on the door before 9 am. Again clean and nice place but was more a party hotel than somewhere to rest between games.
