Did not use beach or pool. Stayed in basic king room first night which was fine. Stayed in Studio cottage next 3 nights, which was more private and spacious. The homemade muffins are delicious, as well as fresh made (from a machine) pancakes. Very clean rooms and friendly staff.

This was our first time at Breezeway and I cannot say enough about it. Check in was seamless, everyone was so pleasant, the room was clean and spacious. The beach pass was so fantastic and the beach was lovely, especially since it had a bathroom! Breakfast was complimentary and super and they allowed us to use the beach pass on the day we were checking out, just asking that we drop it off when we left town. Definitely five stars!! *****

Excellent food and excellent service. We plan to come back on our next visit. Ordered Caesar salad, turkey club, and lumberjack breakfast at all exceeded expectations. Service was quick, the staff were friendly, and the food was great!!!

The Breezeway is great place to stay. Everyone there is very accommodating. The grounds and the rooms are really kept up beautifully and the private beach is a nice amenity. I would love to stay there again in the near future.

Really enjoyed the stay and would definitely return and recommend to others. Only question is parking. We never had a problem, but there isn't a lot of obvious parking so we were a little nervous we might need to park far from our room - but that never happened.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Breezeway. Each night we booked a different room. We loved every accommodation including a standard king, the pool house studio and one of the suites 218. Sebastian and Anna were delightful at check in and out. We enjoyed the continental breakfast with hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, bagels and coffee. The property is simply beautiful, the pool is so warm( the weather was sunny but cooler(high 60’s lower 70’s) so the pool was great! We will definitely stay here again. We imagine it will be fully booked throughout the summer but we certainly try to sneak in midweek. Thank you Breezeway for making our weekend so enjoyable.

You are not going to find a more charming paradise in this part of the world! We will be back again and again. New favorite dreams spot. You don’t have to die to be in heaven. Everything about the Breezeway was perfect. Astounded that it was so exceedingly affordable as well! Heated glowing pool that changes color under the moonlight, outdoor shower, exquisite landscape design and features, cruiser bikes to borrow to pedal three blocks to the ocean, hot water, coffee, and microwave available 24/7 in delightful seating area, every inch of the grounds afford jaw-dropping beauty, relaxation, and serenity, room itself tasteful, clean, impeccable decor, comfy, king-size bed, plenty of pillows, down comforter, elegant, white ethereal atmosphere. Staff = friendly and awesome!
