Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Die Zimmer sind nach gebuchter Kathegorie sehr schön und zweckmäsig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr gut. Der Chef sowie das ganze Personal, waren freundlich und nett. Kurz gesagt es war für uns ein sehr schöner und Erholsamer Urlaub mit viel Spaß.

Alle Mitarbeiter inclusive Chef sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Essen echt klasse. Wir hatten Halbpension! Zimmer ist geräumig, mit dem Rollstuhl konnte man überall sehr gut hinkommen. Alles in allem ein perfektes Wochenende. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Prima hotel, vriendelijke ontvangst. Heerlijk ontbijt. Schone kamers. Personeel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Grote kelder voor de ski`s. Sauna voor de ontspanning met handdoeken. Alles zeer schoon. Centraal gelegen vlak bij centrum en pistes. Ski bus voor de deur. Komen zeker terug.

Wir waren eine Woche im Bichlingerhof Westendorf um unseren Tochter zu besuchen Wir hatte gebucht von 19 bis 26 jan, aber es war kein Problem ein Tag früher an zu reisen. Unsere Tochter konnte jeder Abend mit uns mit essen. Nichts war zu viel. Auch in der Zeit das ich krank bin geworden, nichts war zu viel. Gerne wieder

Fantastisch hotel dat tijd neemt en moeite doet voor haar gasten. Mijn man heeft longproblemen en hotel gaf zelf aan de kamer dagelijks niet alleen te stofzuigen maar ook te dweilen. Daarnaast was het ook geen moeite om, ondanks dat de bar nog niet open was, toch alvast een drankje te schenken. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en men kan hier uitstekend eten/drinken, erg goed! Wij kunnen dit hotel daarom zeker aanbevelen.

Schöne große Zimmer, wir hatten ein Zirbenzimmer, riesige Dusche, kleiner Balkon, sehr schöne Einrichtung mit Massivholz, alles sauber. Leider keine Verdunklungsvorhänge, Zimmer direkt an der Strasse etwas laut, leider läuft der Springbrunnen vor dem Haus die ganze Nacht, bei offenem Fenster hörbar. Wir hatten Halbpension, das Frühstück ausreichend, bei der Preisklasse haben wir auch schon Eierspeisen nach Wahl bekommen, wenig Abwechslung. Beim Abendessen immer die gleichen Salate nur ein Mal ein anderer dabei. Die Hauptgerichte sehr schmackhaft und ideenreich. Auf Grund der Lage und des Preises würden wir uns einen zweiten Besuch überlegen.

We stayed here before Christmas. Arrival and check in was easy. It was quiet pre-christmas so we had the run of the place and a spacious family room on the top floor. The rooms were well decorated with quality finishes. The Hotel has had a renovation so is clean and modern but tastefully Austrian. The selection of food at breakfast was good and buffet style as most Austrian hotels. There was a nice bar in the hotel for apres ski or a quick drink before dinner. The cost of drinks was cheap in comparison to some French resorts we have stayed in. The half board included four course meals which started with a prepared salad dish, folowed by soup (and optional salad from the salad cart which we rarely had as there was too much food!) main course had three selections per night so plenty of choice for the week. Then dessert. All very traditionally Austrian. Well presented and all very tasty. We were well looked after by the family running the Hotel. In terms of location we were on the edge of Westendorf and a short walk from the slopes and ski hire/lift pass bookings. You can ski back to opposite the hotel. We hired a car so it wasn't a problem getting around Westendorf and it was an easy drive to nearby Brixen im Thale which you could access via the gondola system but its a bit of faff. There is a HUGE ski area to access.
