Hotels with Parking in Westchester County

We arrived early evening and immediately the valet parking attendant was at our door, handing us a ticket stub he says: Don't worry, take all the time you need to get your things ready and i'll take the car when you're ready”. That immediately relaxed us and the rest was a breeze. ”We have complimentary re-entry service so you can leave and return s much times as you desire”. Parking is $37, but as we were using points it was the only charge and worth it for us. Check in was quick and courteous. Elevators were quick and quiet whisked us up to our floor. Lighting in room can be a bit brighter we thought, but otherwise we managed. Beds were extremely soft and comfortable, with large feather like pillows - the kind you sink into. Bathroom is a room for itself, wit ha separate shower, toilet and bath area with a double vanity- two sinks. Plenty of storage space and all in all a true 4-5 stars. The rooms are very quiet as well. Only issue i would pass on to management is this: The main lobby should no be the gathering place for any type of socializing/eating. there are plenty of rooms in this very large building for that to be out of the way. Guests checking in would rather appreciate the relaxed and private walk to the elevators.

This hotel refused to offer the rate I booked online. Refused to believe that I work for the government. Spent 15 minutes in the back leaving me at the counter only to tell me they would not honour my rate. I'm a silver member. I've never had this issue before. I used the computer to book myself in at a hotel 20 minutes away only to have Joel then say he'd honour my rate plus give 2000 points??!! Why the change of heart?? I have never, ever been treated so poorly at a hotel. The lobby was crowded and it was humiliating. My loyalty to the Marriott brand is gone.

Visiting customers temporarily stay for one night, the lobby is very spacious, the service is also good, quite satisfactory.

Waited 15 minutes to be let out of the parking garage. No one picked up on the assistance line at the exit. I had to call the reservation desk to be handed around to three different connections. We were finally connected to the garage superintendent and told to hit the assistance button again for the 15th time. Didn’t I just say that wasn’t working?!! Ridiculously inconvenient and annoying, especially with people behind you waiting to leave as well. Got to get a better system.

I stayed in this hotel for my business trip. The location of this hotel is very convenient, easy access to highway and the train goes to Manhattan directly. I used the train to travel Manhattan, it was a easy access to the time square. The room is clean, I was very impressed seeing the staff sanitizing heavy traffic areas. The staff is friendly and when I was there, one of the elevators was broken, but the staff helped us to carry the luggage to the room. Before I left, the elevator is repaired. This is quiet impressive of the service. It seems customer service is priority in this particular hotel.

Hotel MTK is the reimagination of the old 1960s Holiday Inn Mt. Kisco. I stayed at this property a few years ago when it was still a Holiday Inn, and it was shabby, worn, dingy and old. When I had to return to the area I was glad to see it reborn as a Tapestry Collection property by Hilton. I am a Hilton Honors member, and typically chose a Hilton property whenever I can. Well, MTK has a long long way to go. The hotel was not much changed from my 2020 Holiday Inn visit. Everything about this property is run down and worn. The mattress was creaky and lumpy with broken springs. The outlets on the base of the table lamps did not work. The dresser drawers were off their track and did not close properly. Paint was peeling from the door frames. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was installed upside down AND falling off. The carpet was frayed and stained. The shower curtain rod was loose from the wall. The toiletries were from three different mis-matched brands, and two of the items (the conditioner and the lotion) had already been open and half used. There were month old paper notices about changes to breakfast hours the next morning (a month previously) scotch taped to the stairwell door. The parking lot was filthy with cigarette butts and scattered trash. I am surprised that Hilton has allowed the Tapestry Collection brand to be applied to this property when there are clearly many many months of renovation and upgrades required to achieve even a minimal Tapestry standard. I understand that a lot of these problems were inherited from the previous days of a failing Holiday Inn, but I didn't inherit a discount - more than $200/night at an off-peak time. Sadly, there are very few choices in Northern Westchester. I responded to a request for feedback, and I gave very honest feedback. I even offered to share pictures. The survey asked if I wanted to be contacted by the property and I answered ”yes.” To date, I have received no contact. It was Christmas, and fortunately we spent most of our time with family at their home, and only had to return to the hotel at night. This was a shocking disappointment for a Hilton Tapestry Collection property.

The breakfast buffet was great, the environment was good, the room had kitchen facilities, then I had a separate laundry room on this floor, a great hotel, I heard that many pre-school students lived here, so definitely not wrong. !

As others have said their parking fee is nothing more than total ripoff. This suburban hotel with an un-gated, unattended and unmonitored parking lot has absolutely no reason except greed to force you to pay $13/night. They are surrounded by a business commercial park and you can, in fact, easily just park in an adjacent lot and walk over a two foot grass ***** into their lot - it appears many guest do just that. And BTW they have no mechanism to enforce where you park and to know if you even parked in their lot. Hilton should be sophisticated enough to know how to protect the INTEGRITY of their brand and not to charge a fee that alienates so many customers. The hotel is otherwise what you'd expect - unexceptional.

The hotel is located in a desirable location, close to shops, restaurants and transportation. The rooms are clean, and laid out in a practical, functional way. Breakfast is included and is plentiful- perfect for our family of 6. It’s not gourmet, it’s free, so enjoy it and be thankful. We witnessed a few guests be condescending and rude to the staff who were trying to keep up with the morning rush. We found a table each morning except for one which was fine and we ate in our room which had a table, chairs and a large kitchen area. All of our staff interactions were pleasant. Parking is convenient and located adjacent the entrance. The laundry room is excellent with plenty of machines to accommodate all guests. The gym is small but clean and well maintained. The rooms are the best feature. If you need a place for more than one night and you have a large family, this is the right choice. I’d recommend this hotel for families, especially those with young children because the rooms are large and the kids have space to play. The hotel was very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is checks all the boxes for a family with children who need no frills, convenience, practicality, functionality, and clean.

A quiet hotel in a quiet village, the rooms are relatively large and comfortable. The breakfast is rather monotonous, and the Chinese stomach can only eat some cold fruits. There is a steak house downstairs that tastes good. There is nothing else to eat nearby, and there are many choices if you drive out for ten minutes. By the way, there are no slippers in this hotel, please bring your own if you need them.
