Very clean and modern room, comfortable bed, lovely en suite, large TV on the wall, tea and coffee making facilities, buffet style breakfast cooked or continental, lots of parking spaces and the staff were friendly and welcoming, really good value for money would highly recommend.

When booking a Premier Inn we normally opt for an accessible room due to mobility issues. However we noted that accessible rooms at the Blackpool M55/J4 hotel have lowered baths which aren't suitable for my Wife. The description stated that rooms had power showers with no mention of baths so we booked a standard room. I received an email from Premier Inn a week before our stay which included a slideshow showing a shower cubicle again with no sign of a bath. After checking in we went to our room to find a bath with a shower over. I returned to reception to be told that all rooms have the power shower over a bath. To be fair to the reception staff they did transfer us to an accessible room albeit with the lowered bath. I strongly feel that Premier Inn need to change the description for this hotel to advise potential guests that rooms have a bath with a shower over. We will not be returning.

A Very clean tidy and spacious room 226 on the second floor. Warm and comfortable and a good bathroom. The bath is very narrow though could be a bit uncomfortable for some people to use. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would come back here again.

this was a late booking due to the reason for going and we got everything we needed. the reception was clean and inviting and the receptionist was very welcoming. the room was warm and comfortable. We had the ability of turning up the heating as needed. the room was spacious. plenty of sockets and usb ports.

Great location, staff are friendly, food is good if you’re staying for one evening. Room wasn’t entirely clean on arrival but on the whole premier inns have always been great so hopefully a one off. If you don’t mind the drive I would travel to Premier Inn Preston North, the price is similar or cheaper and the food available is better.

I enjoyed my stay here mostly, bed was comfortable and pillows were amazing. I didn't enjoy the breakfast that much but I very much enjoyed an evening meal in the connected pub, would come again just for that alone. There is vending machines in reception as there is not many close stores. Lift and corridors are protected by key cards so feels safe. Wi-Fi was very poor but unlike most Premier Inn locations I had a very decent mobile connection so was not too much of an issue. TV was okay although the HDMI socket on the wall seemed a little dodgy as I had dots on the screen until I wiggled it around a bit Room was spacious and clean. I however did not very sleep well on the 2nd night of my stay as it was extremely windy in Blackpool, meaning that you could hear a whistling noise that sounded like it was air trapped in the top floor of the hotel somewhere. Staff were very nice and friendly, had some issues with my keycard erasing itself and they were always happy to reprogram it I would stay here again however. I know people cannot control the wind but wish there was some better soundproofing on that area

My first visit to a Premier Inn and I was not over impressed. Room 216 had the most uncomfortable bed and thin hard pillow. I guess they are just worn out. Rates can also be pretty premier so for that you expect a level of service. Rooms are cleaned by request but having asked the room attendant to supply me with clean towel he didn’t. Breakfast at just over £10 for bottomless full English is good value - but not good value if it’s stone cold as it was for two out of the three mornings I was there. There is an eating house/ carvery next door where you can get a meal as there is nothing else around

This premier Inn was clean,tidy, and the bed in our room was very comfortable. All the staff were absolutely brilliant all smiles and happy to help. We enjoyed the breakfasts with a choice of traditional or continental, again the breakfast room was very clean and tidy. In our opinion we feel the staff went the extra mile to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. I would be very happy to stay with them again and also to highly recommend them.
