This "hotel" is scary. The carpet in the hallways was never clean and because of that, the smell was really bad, I saw pizza boxes for days in the hallway, the room smelled so bad, like trash/smoke, the bed was uncomfortable to sleep in, and the quality of the sheets and towel were very low, the carpet in the room looked like it was never vacuum and there were stains everywhere, we felt unsafe, we do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Even the guests at this hotel looked very strange, we felt we were in a horror movie, the staff was okay-ish, there isn't much that they can do anyways, and the grab-and-go breakfast is the worst, I wouldn't even call it a grab and go, they don't even have the coffee out in the afternoon for the guests, I never saw the ice machine, actually I don't think they even have an ice machine, the laundry facility was dirty, kind of normal for this hotel filthiness, the energy that this hotel provides is very eerie and dark. The worst stay that we have had, please stay away.

I stayed there for eight nights. The hallway floors were never vacuumed on the second floor. The room smelled like old food. I saw one cockroach in the room and one in the hallway, but I suspect there are much more. The ladies at the front desk were nice. The location only works if you have a car.

If I could go lower than a 1 I would. Most disgusting experience I’ve ever had a hotel. Cockroaches everywhere. Encountered more than 4 in my 3 nights there, as well as bed bugs. Staff was shocked and didn’t believe me even when a photo was shown for proof. 0 cleanliness. Shower was disgusting. People asking for money or food within the hotel. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor. Don’t bother. Spend a bit more and get more quality. Location wasn’t bad as there was a nice Irish pub less than a mile away.

I’m actually super pleased with my experience here. I got top-notch customer service with a great clean room. My family felt very comfortable and happy that we were able to stay here and overall the staff are great and my experience was 10 out of 10. I will definitely be staying here a little longer. If you’re thinking about staying here just do it. You won’t regret it.

Excellent hotel!!! The GM Ryan is phenomenal. The AGM Christie is always smiling and ready to assist guests in whatever they may need. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking lot is well lit, and clean. Hotel is very convenient. They are situated near many major highways,and close to shopping. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a comfortable place to stay. Will be staying here any time I need a hotel in the area

Christy front desk was amazing. Always kind and willing to help and listen, Very helpful when questions on surrounding areas. Family friendly stay. No noise and slept well each night as it was quite during night hours which was important to me due to my stay was for work and needed good sleep each night

We reserved a room since we were out of state for a wedding. When we showed up post wedding, they had given our room away and were not apologetic AT ALL. You could tell they do it all the time. They left us in the middle of the night without a room and no place to go. They still made sure to charge our card though. Absolutely horrible experience. Made us drive 4 hours home in the middle of the night. GO ANYWHERE ELSE

This hotel is horrible. We chose this hotel as the site said free breakfast and the location we needed to be near. There is no breakfast just coffee and our room was dirty. The bathroom smelled like dirty sewer water. We had 1 towel for 2 people. No one answers phone at desk at night. We checked out in morning again no one at desk. Our 1 night was horrible. Don’t stay here

This hotel had NONE of the kitchen items shown on the website—I had to ask for dishes, pots, appliances, etc! I was told that the kitchen supplies were available upon request at check-in—again not mentioned on the web site! The front desk person was rude and unhelpful! One of the housekeepers told me to take what I needed from the staff storeroom. The cabinets were broken in the kitchen. The to-go breakfast is only Mon-Fri—only coffee on weekends— NOT mentioned on the wen site! I would NEVER stay here again.
