The hotel was fully booked during the peak tourist season, and the lady at the front desk looked very tired. There are not many choices for breakfast. After all, it is free, so I don’t have high expectations. The surrounding area is very convenient.

Rooms are very clean, no smell. Staff are very pleasant, polite and helpful. We enjoyed a complementary breakfast, variety is better than in many other hotels. We also enjoyed contemporary design and interior decor of the lobby, corridors and rooms.

The Aiden by Best Western in Yarmouth Ma. is a great place. They have very comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms are clean. The free breakfast was awesome as well . We will definitely be coming back to this hotel for our next trip to Cape Cod. See you soon.

I was impressed with this motel since we have stayed at many places on the Cape and many of them need upgrades. This place was definitely upgraded and while we were there more renovations were going on. The staff was friendly and courteous, plenty of parking, convenient location on Rt. 28, had a large breakfast (not continental) although we ate at our favorite location (Keltic Kitchen). The room was cleaned very well each day and supplied with essentials. I would definitely book there again.

This was a very nice updated hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The location is convenient to all activities for the lower Cape Cod. It is a very long hotel, if you have walking long distances issues and wish to eat in the cafe you should request a room close to the lobby. There is an elevator. I would stay here again and recommend this property to all.

The hotel was nice enough but the sliding door on the bathroom that does not close all the way was a no for us. Ended up leaving the hotel 2 days early to go elsewhere. I am sure there are couples who wouldn't think twice about this, but we are not those people. I will be sure to look into this more with future stays that I book.

Comfortable beds, easy in and out access, clean rooms, great breakfast, beautiful landscaping, friendly staff. The hotel is close to all the action in art 28. Loved the open atmosphere of the breakfast room and Lobby. Many handicap parking spots.

This hotel is great for a short stay and is centrally located in Cape Cod with good access to the various beaches and tourist towns. There are shops and restaurants nearby and it is beside a waterpark. It comes with a good breakfast and two good pools, the outside pool is especially good late in the afternoon for a cool off. We didn't try the Indian restaurant but it seemed popular and smelled good. The cost of beer is pricey though at just over 10$ for about a 330ml serving. We booked a room with two Queen beds and a sofa bed . The Queen beds were good however the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and this should really be corrected. I have stayed at Hilton and Comfort Inn in this same trip and the sofa beds have been as good as the regular beds. Therefore I would not recommend anymore than 4 people in the same room until the sofa beds are changed. Note though that there also no laundry services available which is disappointing.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Wir hatten mit Best Western-Hotel immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht und wussten, dass wir nicht in einem Luxus-Hotel sind. Zimmer war gut. Die Zimmertüre war nicht dicht, somit hörte man das Zuknallen der anderen Türen extrem. Es hatte sehr viele Familien. Beim Frühstücksraum wurde ich fast zur Umwelt-Aktivistin! Es hatte sehr wenig Hartschalen-Teller und richtiges Besteck (an den meisten Tagen nicht mal das). Kartonteller und alles Plastikbesteck. Becher für OJ oder Wasser waren aus Plastik und jeder Becher wieder in Plastik eingepackt! Beim Toaster stand man Schlangen, da nur ein Teil funktionierte ("ja wir wissen es und schauen"). Einen Toaster bekommt man in jedem grösseren Geschäft und kostet kein Vermögen. Nature-Bagels hatte es in den 5 Tagen meist keine mehr..... nur die anderen. Wenn man schon weiss, dass die am besten laufen, kann man auch mehr einkaufen. Selbst bei der kleinen Auswahl von Eiern und geschnitten Früchten wurde selten oder langsam wieder aufgefüllt.
