Holly Tree Resort

The smallest beds ever!!! Fine for one person maybe but not for a husband and wife. I couldn’t be more unhappy! Celebrating our 42nd. Anniversary we figured we would give this place a shot now we can’t even sleep in the same bed this is a first and last time. Never again. The biggest thing about a hotel room is having a clean and comfortable room with a bed that is comfortable that you could sleep in not a kids bed. Three nights here what a waste they said nothing they could do except one can sleep on the couch. Great thanks, so helpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

We have been going to Cape Cod for more than twenty years and Holly Tree is one of our favorite resort. The location in Mid Cape is excellent and convenient to all villages to the island. It is about five miles to beach as many hotels and resorts are in Cape Cod. My studio unit is well decorated, clean and everything working perfectly. My unit do not have a full kitchen. There is good BBQ area for cooking and picnic tables. Swimming pool is very nice and clean with very comfortable hot tub. Celtic Kitchen and the Mexican restaurant next door are both great.

We had a lovely time staying at the Holly Tree Resort for a long weekend. We selected the resort as it was six miles from Hyannis, where we were attending a wedding, and the resort seemed like a good value. It was very close to all the action there, many attractions in both Hyannis and Yarmouth along Route 28(with large holly trees along the front), and we really enjoyed the room. The indoor pool looked delightful and wished we had time to swim. We did enjoy playing tennis at outdoor courts about a mile away. Room was an immaculate suite with a separate living area / bedroom that had recent updates, sea glass prints, bath fixtures, and linens so comfortable we looked up what the brand was to try to recreate this at home(Berkshire Hospitality). While we did not use it the room had a large, new hot tub. It has dispensers of dish soap, shampoo and shower soap which many hotels have now. It had a large refrigerator, microwave, Mr. Coffee coffeemaker and filters. It even had a iron and ironing board which was a pleasant surprise and much needed as we were going to two formal-dress events. It isn't a full kitchen, but there are plenty of coffee/breakfast places across the street/nearby and of course the Cape is all about spending time outdoors. Desk staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and available to answer questions over the phone. For folks reviewing independent businesses like this, please bear in mind they have a very small staff. My only one quibble is with the 10 am check out time, but again, there is a very small onsite staff that was constantly working on the rooms and this was before the high season. We plan to return again!

Just very average- and lack of elevator.

Perfect Great place to stay, highly recommend to anyone, only 1.5 hours to Boston and only a few minutes to the ferries to M.V and Nantucket. quiet & safe place. Laundry is only $2 a pop. Bed was very comfortable couch was a bonus, having a kitchen was handy. Shops and good coffee close by.
