Cape Sands Inn

Each year we go on a family vacation and stay at Cape Sands because it is the best we have found in West Yarmouth. We love it there from the friendly staff, to the heated in door pool and hot tub, fires at night. Each year we go, there are many new and beautiful upgrades. See you next year, Cape Sands! (If the indoor pool was open year round we would go more often during the colder months)

We stayed a couple of nights for a family get together. The hotel is conveniently located to get around the Cape. Not a ton in the immediate vicinity in terms of restaurants etc - will need a car to get around - but there is one great coffeeshop down the road. The room itself was spacious and the bed comfortable. Would recommend!

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable. The indoor heated pool was a hit for the kids. Would definitely stay again

The rooms were clean and quiet and the view of the bay was lovely but that's all the good I can say about it.The mattress was too soft and lumpy..no saop or shampoo..and after paying we were informed we had to put $100 deposit for the key. We had not budgeted that into our vacation. It should have been told to us at booking so we could allow for the extra expense..will mot be staying there again!

I went to Cape Cod for a wedding and needed to spend two nights in a hotel. After a long search, I hit upon the Cape Sands Inn as a likely choice - and I'm certainly glad I did. It was perfectly located, within a short driving distance of Hyannis and surrounding towns, with plenty to do both at the hotel and the town. The room was spacious and spotless - I was on the second floor but had easy access via a wooden staircase. The best part of the hotel was the "entertainment" outside my window. In back of Cape Sands Inn, there is a tidal estuary that changes with the tides. When it was low tide, there were hundreds of seabirds foraging along the shore. At high tide, ducks peacefully paddled along with kayakers. Idyllic and serene. I spent so much time taking pictures and gazing at this lovely scene that I nearly forgot to go to the wedding! Thank you Cape Sands for a picture-perfect weekend stay.

Great bay side view and the pool and hot tub was nice and warm. Finally a hotel with comfortable beds.

We were looking for a quiet getaway to do some shopping. And R&R, I am looking forward to a return trip with my family.

I had never heard of this hotel and am so glad I booked it. My father had accessibility needs and the front office staff was so understanding. They showed me two rooms so I could find the best option for his needs. The indoor pool and hot tub were a great surprise that I enjoyed after a long day of travel.
