Days Inn by Wyndham West Yarmouth/Hyannis Cape Cod Area

Don't bother with this place or Wyndham. I was Charged for a room even after I canceled it. Booked it at noon and canceled by 3pm the same day. The site took me to Maine, when I was booking a room in Nova Scotia. Neither will refund my money. Hotel says I had to call them to cancel, even tho I have a confirmation sent to me canceling our room.

We checked the mattress in our room and found what we believe was a bed bug. Additionally the mattress was stained in multiple places and the bathroom was not cleaned. We were going to ask about getting a refund but the desk manager seemed very unapproachable and online reviews have also said similar things. Would definitely recommend staying somewhere else for more money.

Can't say I ever had such a terrible experience. I made reservations at this hotel and about a month after received a phone call from a random number, so I didn't answer it. The guy left a message with detailed information about my reservation, so definitely a hotel employee, telling me, that they didn't have my room type ( a basic room) and I should please cancel my reservation? What the actual F? This reservation is still over a month out, so they are trying to have me cancel my room, so they can say it wasn't their problem and sell the room for more money because I booked on points. I would call this a scam! I will file a complaint with Wyndham, probably the last time I am trying to stay at a Wyndham after another terrible experience with Wyndham and will cancel my credit card with them. Wish I had never opened it, their hotels are just terrible and the customer service is ridiculous.

Comfortable bed for a budget hotel In Hyannis for a fishing trip. I arrived late and the hotel called me to confirm that I was coming. They were very accommodating. The hotel is more like a motel. Looks like some off season work has been done, including patching and painting. There was a lot of dust on high surfaces and walls from the off season work. The bed was amazingly comfortable. There’s a fridge and microwave in the room. There’s is plenty of parking and restaurants close by. The hotel gave us a late check out so we refreshed after fishing. I will definitely stay again in the future. Stayed May 2025.
