The tourist season is full of rooms, and the front desk lady looks tired enough. There are not many breakfast options, after all, it is free and there is no high expectations. It is very convenient around.

Nice location great little resort just unfortunately me and my misses did not like the cape too much haha if was in the area would stay here again!

Hotel was great! Put on a great breakfast, and snack for kids at 8pm! Great staff- kind and helpful! Would stay again and plan too next year!

We waited too long to reserve a room at a reasonable price. This place was outdated and old. I would not stay there again.

Great location at mid cape cod. Great price with breakfast, indoor pool, and hot tub. Great tv channels , fast internet , nothing to complain Comfortable beds and quiet fridge.
