This place should not be operating full stop. The floor and bedding was stained. The kettle was full of who knows what. It smelled. The bath towels smelled. Avoid this place. Pic of inside the kettle, bedspread and floor stain

Pillows were hard, mattress was soft. Bench side had a damage split, tearing my new trousers. As i was standing next to the bench and i turned the split on the side of the bench teared my trousers. The fridge was small and low on the ground, not good for people with back issues and having to bend down. Building is old and much wear and tear over the years, had been a few updates.NO swimming pool actually been removed. Price was affordable compared to other accomodation in the area.

Went to put on elec blanked no cord on one side went to tell office before we spoke this guy said whats the complaint he did bring a cord we went to put it on he had the controls taped up with duck tape wire connections showing
Terrible smell coming from bathroom needs to have drains checked hard rockflat pillows needs to sake cleaners ceiling fan caked with black dust cobwebs behind tv its stuck to wall needs fresher looking bed linen very thin and old looking pillow slips need ironing
