I would not return to this place, nor would I recommend it to my worst enemy. I stayed with my family for 3 nights at this "place" (because it is far from being a hotel) as we were going to attend my father's funeral. When we arrived at the place, the impression we had was not what we expected according to the photos we saw of the place, online. From the outside its appearance was not inviting to stay there. I went in before check-in time to see what the place looked like inside, and at the lobby counter, a person, who said her name was “****”, was very unfriendly in answering the questions we asked her. Since I did not like the place, I considered the possibility of canceling the reservation and going to another place. I did this over the phone since I did not want to continue asking questions to a person as ungracious as “Kathy”. When I called to ask, I was told that if I canceled, I would lose all the money that had already been charged to my credit card for the stay. Later, when we did checked in in the afternoon, we were attended by “****”, with the same unpleasant attitud, she gave us the keys (cards) to the room without any other explanation, except, that the first floor was entirely “rented” and that the guest rooms were from the second floor up. It should be noted that during our stay there we saw some strange-looking people in that area on the first floor, including a person wearing an ankle monitor. The look of the room was not much different from the look of the rest of the place. An old table with two old dirty chairs, the refrigerator was old and literally had a big block of ice in it, a small microwave oven that must have been at least 20 years old and a coffee maker that did not look very clean and that we were not encouraged to use. The only thing that looked modern was the TV, that is, if we removed the film of dust that covered it. There was an air conditioning/heater unit, which we did not have to use as the temperature outside was pleasant and there was no need, but from the looks of it, it did not give the impression of being functional. The room has a balcony, but the door to the balcony does not open and the windows were filthy; luckily there were curtains and we kept them closed to avoid seeing the dirt. As for the cleanliness of the beds and bathroom, although the sheets looked wrinkled from washing, they gave the impression of being clean and without visible stains, and likewise the towels. The bathroom looked clean. Although it is supposed to be a place where you cannot, or should not, smoke, the smell of ******** in the corridors was overpowering. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast they offer looked very good, the coffee was good, the breakfast place was clean, and unlike the rest of the staff at this place, the young lady who works in that area supplying the food, was the only person who gave us a smile and a “good morning”, it's a pity we don't know her name. Anyway, we only stayed three nights
