It is an old property which is not maintained well at all. For service, if i could give negative i would have rated it negative. It has been the worst experience ever. They do not have enough people to cater to basic needs. There was an electricity issue at night, no generator was switched on and for almost 3-4 hrs there was no electricity at night which made difficult to sleep n use washroom in dark. There is no response from the staff. For everything asked, they only one reply i.e., NO. We had to wait for hrs for table cleaning while having breakfast. In all worst hospitality service experience ever.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and had insects. Water from the washroom was leaking into the room, making it unhygienic and uncomfortable. We had booked two premium rooms but ended up using only one due to the poor conditions. Still, we were charged for both without any proper explanation. We were shocked to learn from the receptionist that the hotel is over 30 years old, and sadly, it shows. The infrastructure is outdated, and it doesn’t deserve even a 1-star rating, let alone 3. Overall, a horrible experience. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made.

Stayed here for only 1 night. Booked a family room for 4. Property is old but well maintained. Staff is very helpful and smiling. The best is the sunrise view in the morning at around 5 am from their common terrace where you get a great view of Kanchanganga. Worth experiencing it. The options for dinner and breakfast were also good. Overall a good stay.

Summit Newa Regency Hotel is very nice & beautiful. All staffs are hospitable in nature. Especially Receptionist Ms. BISESTA PRADHANMANTRI was very courteous, sobar & well-behaved mind-blowing during our stay at Hotel from 9th April to 10th April'2025{2 days} & Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner food arrangement was also excellent quality - which is more precious than my tongue.👍 Their Reception & co-operation is Really appreciable. I must highly recommend to all my friends & relatives if they would have SIKIM tour-program for visiting Pelling in near future. Trip type -Family Tour Staying Dates- 9th Apr & 10th April '2025 Room- 5 Rooms(3rd Floor) Room Nos- 201,202,203,204 & 207

Hele ruime kamer met zitje (202), ruime bagageplank, balkonnetje, waterkoker, voldoende stopcontacten. Erg gladde vloer! Geen koelkast of airco. Mooi uitzicht. Hotel ligt aan doorgaande weg. Badkamer is oud en gevaarlijk door de hoogte verschillen. Wifi werkt prima, ook in kamer. Ontbijtbuffet en maaltijden zijn prima. Leuk terras om te zitten. Geen lift, maar personeel is behulpzaam.
