The property was very clean and well maintained. The view from the room was exhilarating. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Overall a great stay experience. The check-in process was absolutely smooth and the I would love to thank all the staff for taking care of us

I stayed here for only just for one night and I must say that the hotel is one of the best hotel in the Pelling I would like to mention that the quality of service is top-notch and the staff are very professional thank you team team udaan and food was beyond our expectation

The food and service was excellent. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable. The views from the window was awesome. It gave us the view of kanchenjunga mountain which was mesmerizing. I would suggest a stay here.

Great hotel with enthusiastic staff always ready to help Room are clean and tidy with amazing view of kanchenjunga. I could enjoy beautiful view of kanchenjunga in morning. Note that they don't have lift so not convenient for senior citizen. Only thing I missed was non veg food

Excellent food rooms as well the service specifically by Adarsh rai who takes care of your food need impeccable, roads leading towards hotel is in pathetic shape so take care while approaching and your car can be bad shape so pls take care……..

Good staff behaviour with responsibility with all members who we stay in hotel. Rooms are very clean and hygiene . Food was so amazing and only pure vegetarian. With classic veg dishes and breakfast was good . Quick response for any help or service

Excellent staff and nice view of kanchanjanga peaks. Well furnished room and good spread of vegetarian breakfast. Most important part remains wonderful staff. Location is a bit remote, no elevator so not friendly for senior citizens or differently abled. From third floor to restaurant (-2 level) can be difficult to manage.

The place is really good. Clean rooms, great view of the kanchanjunga from the valley view room balcony. The staff is polite and really well behaved. Overall a great place. Will definitely recommend. Also the vegetarian food is amazing. Thank you
