It is a good hotel of pelling. Specially, their food is delicious. Service of the hotel staff is also good. They responded positively when i called them for any reason. The view of kanchenjunga is also clear from simvo but, just one problem is that room fare should be reduced a little bit according to the room fare of other good hotels around them. Also i thanks to makemytrip for this booking.

The location is good. The kanchanjanga range can be viewed from the room and associated balcony. The room allocated on the first day was subsequently changed on the second day with an inferior one. Normally this doesn't happen in other prebooked hotels. There is scope for improvement regarding hygiene and safety. The food quality was average. The staffs were extremely courteous and helpful.

Arrived in 26th december and enjoyed stay at hotel simvo very much. Booked hotel simvo, upper pelling through make my trip. Thanks. Saw kanchanjungha from room. Awesome experience. Food was delicious. Behavior of staff very good. Left simvo on 28th december. I suggest everyone to prefer this hotel.

Fully bengali hotel. Most of staffs are bengali. Simvo situated towards upper pelling just beside thr play ground. Entrances of hotel downwards. There is no lift. Room is adequate place and full of furniture. Geyser and electric kettle were installed in room. All rooms has balcony. View from balcony was awesome. You can stay only for view. I had stayed at super deluxe room. Food quality and taste was good.
