The first day in the hotel was really amazing. In the early morning the first sun rays fell on the kanchanjangha mountain peak the view from the room was fabulous.. The rooms were good.. beds pillows are comfortable... Bathrooms were clean and hygienic.. The food was not bad..the restaurant and The bar contains various types of food and beverages.. But the wifi routers are slow some time.. The staffs are very friendly and their behaviour is good... In gist the management is good

I was here with my family and it was a superb stay. Very clean, staff are very friendly. Super comfy stay and great hospitality. Rooms are good. We booked the premium room with Kanchanjanga view and the view was great. Highly recommended for the stay.

Nestled in Lower Pelling, this 4-star property offers spacious, clean rooms with breathtaking views of Mount Kanchenjunga, especially from the mountain-view rooms. The staff is exceptionally courteous and attentive, ensuring a warm, welcoming experience. The in-house restaurant serves delicious food with a fantastic view, while the play area with board games and table tennis adds a fun touch for families or groups. Though it lacks a lift, which might be a minor inconvenience, the hotel’s cozy ambiance, great service, and prime location make it a top choice for a memorable stay in Pelling. Highly recommended!

Very neat and clean. Clean sheets and towels. Very good, helping staff, always smiling and greets you warmly. Prompt service. Food is the only thing that can be improved. Taste can be improved. We were told of happy hours until 7pm but when we went we were told captain is not there and they cant serve. Locker can be provided in the room. We were given premium room which is on the 3rd floor. When you reach the room you are already huffing and puffing. Lift can be provided. Not advised for senior citizen.

Staff was good and hotel was neat and clean. Couple friendly hotel. Food was nice the amenities given by them was good . Its located in top mountain and view was also good. We stayed for one night overall its nice experience. It was a good hotel.

It was a wonderful stay with my family for 2 nights.Room ameties are just outstanding. They have given us prompt services. I also enjoyed their play section with my daughter. Breakfast was great with lots of varieties. Food was delicious. Overall they gave us a great hospitality with a wonderful stay experience....
