I recently had the pleasure of staying at Magnolia and it was a truly delightful experience.from the momenr i arrived the warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The property is beautifully maintained ,with charming interiors that strike a perfect balance between modern comfort and a cozy. One of the most impressive aspects of my stay at Magnolia was the exceptional service provided by the staff . Especially Mr. Bisesh subba , Bina and Anisha .

The experience was great. The staff was well behaved and quick services. Food quality was great. Room view was very beautiful and we had a very comfortable stay............ Overall our stay was very conformable and especially thanks to Mr. Bisesh Subba for his service and kindness ,politeness .

Excellent view from Azalea room, good service, Clean rooms. Food - Taste and variety both are great Location is also nearby most viewing points. Service is excellent and always available - Bisesh Subba and Bina N Anisha. Will definitely recommend visit here

They were a great staff of the hotel we stayed at was good , food was also good , the staff was very cooperative and welcoming with a smile . The hotel has a decent to good view. The rooms are also well maintained with hot water available at all times . Felt like relaxed.

The stuff were very friendly and the food was very delicious, the room were clean and comfy, they had games to play and we could see snowy mountains, we got a good service from the staff and I really didn't want to leave this hotel. Special thanks to miss Dikila, mr sakio and mr Biswijit

Our stay at Hotel Mount Pelling was truly wonderful. The property is well maintained, but what stood out most was the warmth of the staff. A special thanks to GRE Dikila, who went above and beyond to support us, especially in helping with our special daughter. Her thoughtfulness meant a lot to us. We’d also like to appreciate Prajwal, Siddharth, and Biswa for their attentive service and constant willingness to help. The entire team was polite, helpful, and made us feel completely at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort with genuine hospitality.

All services were very good .. really enjoyed stay .. beautiful view.. specially happy with Dilka Lepcha and sakio for their helpful nature.. must visit this hotel and enjoy your stay .. food and breakfast was ok.. location of hotel is also good as near by many spots to visit
