We had a lovely stay at Canopy hotel. The room was great. A very comfortable bed, spacious, clean and a great bathroom. We made good use of the room and found things to be great. The Tv worked well. Although I did find the smaller details missing such as the smaller bathroom toiletries (earbuds etc) and a kettle to make tea. The pool, gym, restaurant and rooftop bar was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

The canopy roof top restaurant bar is beautiful with a beautiful few of west Palm beach downtown area. The food was excellent and the waitress Natalia was fantastic pleasant , attentive , courteous excellent service. Definitely will be retuning and hope that she will be working when we return.

Has an excellent stay at Canopy by the Hilton! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect. My room was comfortable, stylish, and well-kept. I truly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and great amenities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience

Love this hotel. It’s our second stay and won’t be the last. Exceptional rain shower. All staff is great. Bernald was a pleasure and so welcoming. He’s a model representative for your brand. The shuttle service is great. Close to a lot of restaurants in rosemary square. Food is pretty good for a hotel. Rooftop is great place to relax and have a drink. Can’t wait to come back

Great stay for me and my friend! We came to celebrate her birthday and had an absolute blast. The complimentary shuttle to and from the main ***** and nearby restaurants was such a convenient bonus. The hotel was clean, safe, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome the entire time. The location was perfect and made everything so easy. We’ll definitely be back!

I had an incredible experience staying at the Canopy in West Palm Springs, but the highlight of my stay was eating at Banter and being serviced by Catalina. She had an exceptional attitude and went above and beyond to ensure I had an incredible experience staying at the hotel. I will stay here again when I’m back in the area.
