We had a lovely stay at Canopy hotel. The room was great. A very comfortable bed, spacious, clean and a great bathroom. We made good use of the room and found things to be great. The Tv worked well. Although I did find the smaller details missing such as the smaller bathroom toiletries (earbuds etc) and a kettle to make tea. The pool, gym, restaurant and rooftop bar was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room and all the amenities were amazing . My suite was incredible and comfy . I can’t wait to go back again . Thank you to the front desk staff for helping with the bike ride and provide recommendations on good places to eat .

Tatyana was very professional at the rooftop bar. The place was busy and she handled everyone and kept the drinks going I would give her 5 stars for sure!!

Bernie was literally incredible! The hospitality truly was out of this world. We had to book a last minute stay after a flight cancellation, so after a grim start to our day, his kindness turned it around and my friends and I are so grateful. As a plus, it’s a beautiful hotel and the amenities are great! Don’t think twice about booking here :)

Miguel was so professional and sweet helping us with our vehicle. He was polite and informed us about the Colombian party happening on the 13 floor and he also let us know about the complimentary canopy shuttle that can take us around down town west palm. So amazing
