Our stay was fantastic! We were only in town for one night to watch our Tennessee Lady Vols play in the Coast to Coast Tournament. We were greeted upon entering the facility and was given a choice of rooms... which was a very pleasant surprise. Parking was free, and close to the main entrance. I would definitely choose this hotel in the future.

we vacation couple years back we had a wonderful young lady who greeted us every time she saw us. morning time she would come and help with breakfast. so sad she is not here anymore place really has no life no one speaks no one even acts as if they want to work. man, we miss her let's not forget the fresh cookies. hint for thought as she once told us it's take less than a min to make someone else day better with a smile

The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly! The room was very up to date as was the hotel. I loved that someone was always cleaning, even the public spaces was clean. Breakfast was a full hot bar with make your own waffles with all the add ins you could want. My one and only negative was that the coffee on the coffee bar was not very hot, barely warm. But with a microwave in the room all was good! 10 out of 10 will be back again!

This hotel had all the ammenities needed for a mini vacation. The room and common areas were very clean, suite was modern, the breakfast was good, nice pool area and the staff were so kind and accomodating. I am so very picky when it comes to where I and my family lay our heads, so it often takes days for me to find the right place for us. And when we arrive, we don't check in before I check the room 1st. But I was so impressed with our stay, that when I am planning future trips, it will be based on if there is a Homewood Suite in the area. It is now our home away from home when traveling.

Everything about the hotel was very nice and friendly staff. However the pool got very dirty during our staff. It also seem a staff member and his family were partying by the pool being the one child swallowed to much water, then threw up and the staff member went and got the hose to clean the walkway where the child threw up.
