The Staff was great. Everyone was super friendly and helpful especially Anna in the restaurant! The breakfast bowls were so yummy too!

The rooms at this hotel smell moldy and dingy. Guests are allowed the have loud, screaming fights all night long with no response from management or staff. This property is way overpriced and I’d avoid it in favor of another airport hotel that cares about customers.

Run down, dirty and loud. This hotel needs a lot of attention. Mold and mildew in the bathroom. Rusty door frames and hardware. Stains on the carpet and drapes, and furniture falling apart. No hand soap or hair dryer available to use as well. Highway noise extremely loud all night long.

This hotel was convenient to the airport, I was disappointed that there was no shuttle; however, the fantastic service from Paris and Collin was all that i needed. They accommodated my early check-in request and were very friendly. I will be staying again in July when i return. The room was clean and spacious.

Everything was great. They let us check in early which was so nice. We had sunburn from our day at sea the day before. Short trip from Miami port. Room was so comfortable. We recharged and went to a concert. Fyi you can not buy alcohol after midnight on Saturday

Clean hotel, suite was grest size and comfy.
Bistro and breakfast was overpriced. I was charged for a cup of coffee, no complimentary coffee.
