Hilton Garden Inn West Palm Beach Airport

Location: The hotel is well-located near major highways like I-95, the airport, and local attractions such as Palm Beach and relatives’ homes, offering convenience for travelers.

My family needed a place to stay the night before our flight. We picked this hotel as Hilton Honor memebers and because the reviews were pretty good. We experienced the exact opposite. The pictures of this hotel on their website are outdated. This hotel is old and needs a major update. Although we did not use the pool we could see it from our room. It was in terrible shape. The concrete is coming off the inside of the pool in several areas. Our room was unacceptable. First the shower had yellowish stains. The blanket on the bed had pulls all over it and I found a long hair in the bed. The floor has a run under the bed but the rest is some type of vinyl which was sticky in several places. The a/c is a unit under the window and is very loud and goes on and off all night. We asked for a shuttle to take us to the airport at 4:30 am. We were told they could accommodate that. Yet, the shuttle did not show up until 4:43 am. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told the shuttle is never on time as it picks up at several other hotels. Had I known this in advance, I would have called an Uber so I did not miss my flight. The lobby was the best part of this hotel as it looked clean and maintained. I would highly recommend going elsewhere until they decide to renovate this hotel.
