This hotel took $40 from our security deposit and will not give it back, claiming we stole 2 towels. We stayed one night on route to our vacation and did not even use the shower. We did not spend enough time in the room to notice or notify anyone if they were missing. The hotel customer service is refusing to help after reaching out about this issue. Do no stay at this hotel and patronize this type of shady business.

The whole experience was amazing. There is nothing bad to say about the Jaxon. The bed is extremely comfortable. The rooms are updated and modern, very beautiful. They have a small kitchen and it was just enough for us as a couple.
