The hotel was good, not outstanding. The room was large. The shower was not great--difficult to operate and dripped. The breakfast was not great. The location was good for us and the bed was comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel for a week in the beginning of July with a friend from out of town and we were both pleased with the service and attentiveness during the busy time. Genessis at the front counter was a great help during my stay - helping me with check in, keys and was overall a very kind person to deal with during our stay. I would book this again over any other spot in the area because of our stay. Thanks so much!

Awesome service at the front desk (Thank you Donna). Our room made us feel like we were home. The hotel is clean, our room was very spacious. I will definitely be coming back when I’m in the area. Continental breakfast was ok. If you need a place to feel that away from home comfort, this is it.

We had an awesome time in your city, we went to the Pleasantdale chateau, and the hotel was just as classy as the event we went to. The room was very clean, spacious, like home with the furniture and decor. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for the hoapitality of your front desk.

The service desk was unfriendly coming in and lesving. Actually abrupt commg in. Did not feel welcoming, no answer at front desk for problem in evening , called several times No one picked up phone. Clean room but smell was bad . Also can hear loud walking in room above.smell not good for allergies
