This amazing end unit 1st floor condo has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms (sheets, pillow cases and towels are NOT provided) and was recently remodeled and furnished. The new windows and doors block most noise from the boardwalk when closed so you can sleep soundly even in the middle of the day. NEW king size bed in the primary bedroom! NEW Kitchen and new stainless steel appliances in 2023! Large island with quartz countertops. Extremely functional and stocked kitchen to prepare a full meal and dining area that accommodates 7 guests plus a living room area with streaming (Roku and YouTubeTV) and free high speed internet. The porch is perfect for people watching and incredible sunrises! Also included are a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, private outdoor pool and outdoor shower (located behind the building), one parking space, beach chairs (4), beach umbrella (1) and sand toys for the kids.
