The staff was nice. The only REAL complaint is there was roaches in the sink and coffee pot and on the night stand by the bed.

Trip I made was very good had no problems at the motel very quiet very peaceful very clean very up to par people were not friendly I would stay there definitely again

Everything was nice from the appearance to service. Every day they made sure we were straight with towels, tissue and made sure our room were clean.

Not clean! Does not look like the pictures! Only factor that worked? Location! We were close to groceries and where we needed to be in Calhoun.

was charged an extra $98.01.. This is not accepatable. We should have chose a differnt hotel in the first place. There was white crusty stuff all over the bed spreads. There was blood on the bathroom door and also hair all in the toilet and in the shower . SOme one had used the bathroom and had NOT flushed it when we got there. This is absolutley discusting!!!!!!!! I need someone to contact me ASAP about the

Front desk checki-in not welcoming. Attendant was distracted on personal phone call. Room smelled bad. Carpet was dirty. Poor room service. Coffee service, towels/ washcloths not resupplied; had to make multiple trips to office for supplies. Bed sheets not changed as requested. Room poorly cleaned. Decided to check out one day early.

It shows on the website pool but there is none and also the breakfast is just muffins, banana and apples and there is also a $25 deposit on each room which would had been nice to know before we booked it

The manager was rude at check in, a black male would not give me his name. He stated, “my name is hard to pronounce and I don’t want to give it out”. Very rude. He gave me a key that didn’t work bc I wanted to view the room beforehand. The room was ok for a one night stay. I disinfected the room and sprayed it bc it had a musty odor and there we’re eaten sunflower seeds on the floor, the carpet was stained, but the water was hot. I would not recommend to a friend or family member unless I hated them.

Will never stay here again! Staff had attitude when asked for towels and toilet paper! Thought they had a pool! Pool was filled with dirt! I give this place no stars! We never got our room cleaned! We had to take our own trash out and use our beach towels for showers. Had to buy wash cloth s of our own!
