My last review of this property was negative. We decided to try it once more, though, and it was like night and day. The newly remodeled rooms look great! Fresh and modern and comfy. It’s back on my good list!

Very nice place. Great check-in. Breakfast was good. Snack options to purchase in lobby were great. Room was very clean and felt very new. Honestly cant say enough about this place. Very safe part of town. For the money this is the best buy in town.

10th year anniversary
My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary on Thursday, June 19 and we stayed until Saturday the 21. The hotel location was amazing. Staff was friendly

We like staying at this location because it availability to the interstate. We wish the water clearness was better, not sure I want to drink or shower in it.

We booked a King size bed which was really a queen. The room was really small, and the bathroom countertop leans forward so if you get any water on the counter it will run onto the floor. The thermostat would now allow you to reprogram it, so we just had to have it running the whole time and for some reason that gave the room a musty smell. My towel was ripped, in 2 places REALLY Hampton. The gym floor when you step on it, water seeps through the mats and hold your nose for the really musty smell and although it has two ac units only one works. They clean the room every 2 days, this must be new for Hampton Inn. I gave it a 2 star rating because the food was good, I was able to use the digital key without a problem. The staff could do with a little teaching in how to great people when they come into the establishment.

Hotel is actually fine. The website says they're remodeling, and that's fine. Glad to have a hotel improving. However, nowhere does that notice tell you how it will impact customer experience and the fitness center (such as it is) is closed, meaning no treadmill in the morning. I wouldn't have stayed here if I'd know it

My entire family love this hotel! Its our go to when we travel home to Monroe! Staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are the best for the best price!
