I got a discounted rate for joint Wyndham Rewards. First the good - front staff and maintenance personnel were great. Very accommodating and friendly! The beds - altho they seemed hard upon first sitting on them - were extremely comfortable and provided a sound sleep. Now the bad - the room door was out of alignment which required the door to be SLAMMED in order to close. This meant opening the door required a lot of effort. Upon entering the first thing I noticed was the ceiling falling. There was trash in the drawers. No soap and no drinking cups. The sink had a massive leak that flooded the floor when used (these are all problems housekeeping could have and should have noticed and alerted the front desk and maintenance. Fixing the leak temporarily was placing room towels on the floor and placing the trash can under the sink to catch the water. The ice machine was not working and we were told it had been out of order for some time.
