Days Inn by Wyndham West Memphis

Close to ******, friendly staff, highly recommend this hotel!

⭐ 1 out of 5 stars I wish I could rate it zero. The room was filthy—someone else's hair on the pillows, sticky stains on the bathroom floor, and it hadn’t been swept or mopped at all. The entire place reeked of mildew and smoke. It was completely unacceptable. Management refused to refund me even after I brought this to their attention. Avoid this place at all costs.

As soon as we arrived, someone approached our car in the parking lot soliciting. Only positive was the hospitable desk attendant and check in. But once the door to the room was opened, it was downhill from there. The linens had stains on them. The mattresses were worn out, squeaking as soon as you sit down and sunken in the middle when covers were pulled back. Toilet ran constantly. Loose door handle. Stay was very uncomfortable. Would not recommend even for one night.

So first off the location wasn’t ideal for my situation traveling alone with kids It was near a bar and the ****** When I checked in I was given a smoking room didn’t even know they still existed don’t remember booking it that way and never would due to asthma and kids Second the front desk never confirmed this with me or thoroughly checked the reservation I went up to the front to ask for another room The room had no number on the door and when we walked it there was damage done to the room that was badly patched The furniture was worn and outdated The pictures online don’t portray the place accurately of course I went back up front and asked for another room This room was a step up but not by much At least it didn’t smell of smoke I checked my reservation just to make sure it said non-smoking like I thought The furniture was also worn in here but not as bad One of the steps was loose going up the stairs Breakfast is included but consists of the batter flip waffles and coffee Something is better than nothing so I guess you get what you pay for Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place or come back The beds however were comfortable so if you want inexpensive you found it

Finally a hotel that aint scared to give u pillows!! U get 5 here and the beds are so comfortable. The employees are extremely polite and the whole place is always very clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to West Memphis. Its the best in town.
