The owners were nice. Parts of the property are very run down, but some rooms have been renovated nicely. I had several problems at checkin, all resolved except for non-functional internet. The owners had just had new wifi equipment installed a day or two previously and it was not working. This issue was apparently resolved on the last day of my 4-day stay, but I was able to use a hotspot in the interim, so wasn't greatly inconvenienced.

Very clean, and overall the place felt significantly higher value than your average unit of the same style and price range. The facility seems very well kept. Parking space right next to the front door, spacious doors, great showers with fantastic water pressure.
The only downside was the noise from the highway that was close to unbearable and went on more or less all night. We stayed in one of the units closest to it, so it's possible the average experience might not be as rough.
Curtains also leaked a lot of light in.
If you're a rough sleeper, I'd be a bit wary. In every other sense this place is a gem.
