The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Very, Very helpful and friendly staff. Great food and room service. Restaurant is very nice. Great location. Close to sporting facilities. Will definitely stay here again when travelling for sport.

Fantastic customer service - couldn’t be any more helpful. Great rooms - family room has a perfect layout. Very comfortable beds, very neat and clean rooms. Kids loved the pool. Great meals at restaurants. Close to everything that you might need. Highly recommend!

a very comfortable, convenient and friendly Motel. The staff were fantastic and so helpful. Loved our stay and would highly recommend. Beds were really comfortable, and a supermarket next door meant we were able to dine in our rooms. Great price and value for money

A lovely motel, quite classy looking, made a very good first impression. Loved our room, really nice decor. Very nice Reception area, plus restaurant and lovely pool. Outdoors dining by the pool looked lovely at night with bud lights, very pretty. Popular motel, carpark full. Our room had everything you need - desk & chair, tall cupboard, small dining table & 2 chairs, fridge & microwave, armchair and a VERY comfortable bed with bedside tables & bedside lights. Corner spa bath/shower is good but people with mobility issues will struggle to climb into and out of the bath/shower. Excellent Wahl hairdryer.

A family owned and run motel. It's always a pleasure to stay here. They will go out ofvthere way to make sure your stay is a wonderful stay. The food is great and always a generous serving. The restaurant and bar has a great atmosphere and is always good to wind down after a busy day.

Had an overnight stop on a road trip. Chose here based on Tripadvisor reviews and happy to say Mackay Resort Motel lived up to them. No fuss and friendly check in, rooms were clean and sizeable and overall the place was well maintained. Laundry was particularly good with all new machines. The in house dining room with room service option was unexpected and a great service. All in all a good place to stop.

The bed and pillows were super comfy and warm. Also ordered room service and had the beef burger which was delicious. Walking distance to IGA which is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I will most definitely stay here again next time I'm in Mackay

Brilliant Place to stay, beds are real comfortable, rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast was yummy. Great hosts, very friendly and welcoming. Have stayed there multiple times in the past. Easy access, great location and also room to park your car.

Awesome service - had trouble with tv but reception ladies soon got it up and working again. Had dinner in the restaurant good service and lovely meal. Rooms are very comfortable. Bed was awesome.....Will definitely stay here again. AAAplus
