The security box in the room was broken and could not be used. There were no foot towels. There were no tissues. There were many things to complain about at this hotel.

As the reviews said, towels were not provided.
There was a room keeper in the hallway so I got a towel right away 😃
The location is pretty good. The mall next door is eccentric and interesting. There was also a currency exchange! (closed on Sundays)
At night, a large bus carrying school trip or something was blocking the road, which was dangerous 🫠
The hot showers seem to only be available at night.
Also, the elevator buttons were broken and it would stop at various floors...

Breakfast was not up to mark only local meals. Quite expensive breakfast compare to other hotels.
No iron. Mostly no buddy pick up service call.

Strategically located in Glodok, very close to the large parking lot, good hotel service, looking for food nearby, not going anywhere, just walk, many K restaurants around
