The service was very slow, they don't change the bedsheet, even if we tell them to change. They also don't provide toiletries everyday. They also don't have phone in room. AC water was leaking. I was also unable to connect to wifi.

Had a short staycation here. Overall it was okay, but a few things to note:
First, the location pin on Google Maps was a bit off, so we had a hard time finding the place at first.
When we got into the room, the AC wasn’t cooling at all. We called the staff, and they came pretty quickly to fix it. After they adjusted the settings, the AC got a little better, but honestly, it still wasn’t super cold — just so-so.
Other than that, everything else was fine. Staff was helpful, and the stay was quite pleasant overall.

A 5-star hotel can provide a late check out policy until 12..some even until 1, as long as there is prior confirmation..but this hotel has no policy at all, you have to leave the room at 11, past that you will be charged..
There is no elevator, even though it goes up to the 3rd floor..and I got the 3rd floor, so I had to lift my own suitcase and was only stared at by the employees. There is no initiative at all to help guests..in short, this hotel lacks service
