The bathroom was full of insects, we had asked for insect spray but it never came, the room lock was broken, there was a lot of food at breakfast that wasn't refilled even though it was still 08.30.

I didn't have high expectations for the price, but this hotel was better than I expected. The rooftop bar and balcony bar were great. I'll stay here again.

The location of this hotel is great, it's close to restaurants, local food and entertainment. It's also 10 minutes' walk to Mangga Besar train station. However, the internet connectivity is unstable and slow, can't even strong enough to connect to Youtube. The water pressure is not strong, and air con is slow to cool down. If you are on a budget and will be out for most of the day, this hotel is clean and convenient enough. But if you plan to spend a bit of time browsing internet in the hotel, you will be disappointed.
