I stayed at Delua Hotel Jakarta and had a positive experience overall. The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
While the stay was pleasant, I did feel the hotel could benefit from having an in-house restaurant. It would have made dining more convenient, especially after a long day out.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Jakarta.

Firstly, i was placed in a room with not so clean bedsheets so I asked them to move me to another room which is clean, service was good and swift
