Asked the receptionist multiple times to call when room was ready, never called. Room had spider webs all across the doorways.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great - an easy walk to many restaurants. Clean, spacious room and bathroom. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. In room amenities included luxurious robes, slippers, safe, bottles of water, Bulgari bar soap, conditioner, liquid soap/shampoo. Our room didn't have a shower cap, but there was a sign with a long list of things they would supply if you needed them, e.g., toothbrush. As we're tea drinkers, they brought a kettle and tea to our room. The welcome macarons were a nice surprise. Turn down service is supposed to be automatic, but we had to request it one night. Buffet breakfasts were included in our rate. There were no omlettes or pancakes to order. The breakfast was the same both days. They offered a variety of fruit, juices, breads (incl gluten free), scrambled eggs, vanilla yogurt, oatmeal, bacon/sausage, potatoes - plenty of hardy choices. They offered a nice selection of teas, but not basic black. We had to go into the hotel bar area to get that. Sitting outside looking out at the beautiful gardens was lovely. The busers work quickly to clear the tables, which was great (keeping the birds off the tables). There was an area with a fire pit that looked like it would be enjoyable in the fall. Valet parking was complimentary.

The cutest rooms with the most comfortable slippers ever. The amenities if you’re missing stuff are top of the line. Such a great stay!

We had a great experience at the Delamar. Every staff member we came in contact with was SO kind and helpful. I enjoyed a great meal at Artisan, and the kids loved the breakfast every morning. We can’t wait for our next stay!
